just a few throws to get them Tekken? I figure you'd have to juggle at least once or twice..

+RoosterCogburnPhD I guess Akuma's low health was a factor, considering he didn't seem to get thrown all that much.

This is a nice video that pretty concisely explains 3S okizeme. I think that you should talk about delaying your meaties slightly to bait wake-up parries.
@Bafael8 жыл бұрын
+Darkyellow327 I talk about that at 5:16 but I admit I don't go into much detail. For the record it works because it puts the opponents into parry lock (can't parry immediately after trying to parry)

Will you do a primer on option select and SGGK? You do well with explaining how things work in 3rd strike. I have a good concept on option select, but I don’t know ‘em all. Thanks in advance! Keep up the great work brother man!

Bafael thanks man, I’ve just recently subscribed and couldn’t seem to find it. I thought it was weird actually, but also thought, why not ask for one? Cheers!

There was a video on fgc translated that talked about delay jump back beating meaties and throw options. I'm assuming the answer is a delayed attacked/meaty similar to the example of makoto hitting ibuki's throw tech at 5:40 , but i was wondering if there was another a developed tactic to beat it
@meathir49213 жыл бұрын
Yeah but many characters can run up and get an anti air situation

Idk why this is in my recommended considering the fact that i'm never going to play 3rd strike unless I get bored in my 30's.

It'll beat blocking and meaty attacks (unless they're airborne like universal overhead or elena b+HK) but lose badly to jumps.

@@Bafael yeah most command grab supers are like that imma go condition someone into jumping on wakeup while playing gigas breaker Hugo theb switch to megaton press and see what happens

@ShanyGolan8 жыл бұрын
Bafael, you forgot to demonstrate ryu's throw into shin Shoryuken on Dudley lol
@Bafael8 жыл бұрын
+Shany G I didn't show it because it's escapable. If Dudley quick stands following the throw, the vulnerable frame never appears, and there's zero incentive for dudley not to quick stand. Also that's only one of five OTGs I'm aware of and every single shoto can do that one to dudley.

3:00 can you os the multi hit thing?
@joeschmoe43764 жыл бұрын
You can, but only for one more hit than the current number of parries you're on. If Ken does low forward xx LP DP and I parry the low forward, I can do parry > move and hit the DP. If he does low forward xx MP DP and I do the same parry into parry > move, I'll get hit by the second hit of the DP. Ideally you'd OS block > late punish to have the button press not come out if they cancel, but Ken has mixups to still hit you if he reads you right. I think the only way to punish it every time would be a very specifically timed delayed super
@dkblade278 жыл бұрын
I just know the timing of the game really well. Online okizemes are almost nonexistent and are based on guessing. That's why arcade on cab is so awesome. You have much more time to tech and extra split seconds to make your decisions. Not even OE offline allows you to do so.
