BAGELS! Day in the Life -Type 1 Diabetes

Henry had bagels for the first time! We have been told and have read that you should never eat bagels when you have Type 1 diabetes. Well....watch and see what his blood sugar did. Today we share a Day in the Life of Type 1 diabetes at 8 years old.
Henry is 8 years old, going into 3rd grade. He was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at 2 years old. He currently wears the Omnipod and Dexcom.

+Eva Carter The endocrinologist we see.. She says he can eat anything. We just need to give insulin for carbs. No foods are off limits.
