I'M GOING TO DO THIS A WHOLE WEEK LONG START: JULY 7, 2020 (pls like so i don't forget) day 1: my legs burn more than my lower ab but I feel it in my muscles, love this workout day 2: lower belly really hurt, still love it ! day 3: it's not that hard but I still feel the hurt day 4: it doesn't hurt as it did the first day, it's sm fun and I can see results already !! day 5: this workout is so much fun and I really don't see my lower belly fat anymore, it's gone smh hahah day 6: its hurting a little again but its so much fun day 7: its not hurting at all anymore and I know this by heart already lmao :) IN CONCLUSION: I'd really recommend this workout for everyone with a little bit lower belly fat. just try it out, you'll be so thankful !! I can see results from this workout and it really helps. I'll keep doing this workout. I love it ! Thank u, Bailey

@@ella-may1493 damn bby u desperate 😂😂❤ i reccomend madfits thigh workout then emi wongs full body fat burn then baileys 5 min abs with the sets repeated 2-3x. Then add some cardio and daily running along with healthy eating and ur ready. U can also try some of these workouts with resistance bands and ankle weights 😃😃 hope this helps hun

im off school for at least 6 weeks because of covid-19 so i thought in between homework i would try to have a corona glow up. i have been overweight and insecure most of my life and this is the only workout i could really follow along to and not find impossible like the chloe ting ab workout. this is awesome and i can actually do it. thank you!! ill update with my progress

Guys I feel that this is really effective and I can feel the burn so really liking it and adding this with some other belly fat burn workouts .. I have faith in u sweethearts u can do this!!! im going to try to do this everyday for a week! Day 1: ✅ this really made me feel a burn, and I was motivated to keep going when I heard you say “beautiful”! Day 2: ✅ oh my gosh! today’s workout flew by, and I feel great! I can really feel the burn in my abs and thighs! Day 3: ✅ I’m getting good at this! I’m already starting to see results! this is crazy! Day 4: ✅ I feel great and energized! the routine is getting easier by the day! Day 5: ✅ I feel so confident! Day 6: ✅ this is actually so easy and there’s such a difference ! Day 7: ✅ I’m SO PROUD!!

i’m gonna do this everyday for a month so like to remind me! start: 53.4 kg Day 1: it burnt like hell and i took a load of breaks Day 2: only took 2 breaks and felt the burn Day 3: I didnt take any breaks and felt it Day 4: i missed out on this day DAY 5: dint take any breaks good workout Day 6: getting easier .felt the burn

Since my area is quarantined for 2 weeks I now have time to work out in the mornings, I'll try and do this workout every day for 15 days, wish me luck!! Day 1 (3/15): Not bad, granted I worked out a lot yesterday so maybe that's why it was easier than expected Day 2: Again, it was alright, I woke up sore from yesterday tho so that's a good sign!! Btw, I'm starting with a 26" waist for anyone curious Edit: WOAH I just looked in the mirror and I have defined 11 style abs wow Day 3: I did it!

Haha I only got a notification just now for a reply to my post hence, I'm just responding now. So here's the update, 3 years later 😂: Honestly, been a while since I did this workout. I'm back to dancing and that's my main form of workout at the moment but thanks y'all for reminding of this. I might start doing it again as I'm tryna tone my belly. No promises when it comes to updates though. Lol Anyway, for anyone reading this, don't just wait for someone to tell you it works before you actually try it, why not try it out and see for yourself? I have a naturally curved spine so with lots of these motions where we are lying down, no matter how hard I try to flatten my back to the floor, there is a gap. Is this okay?

DOING WORKOUT UPDATE (will update this everyday, using video everyday) Day 1: Could definitely feel the burn, a little out of breath. Lower Abdomen Width: 47 Inch (Updating width at the end of the week) Day 2: A little sore from yesterday, still a little out of breath, definitely could feel the burning. Still a bit hard to do. Day 3: Not sore at all. Prettt easier to do. Barely out of breath. Day 4: I felt the burning in my lower abs today more than any of the other days. Though it is getting easier to work through it. Not skipping days lets go! Day 5: Definitely see some changes. Could definitely feel the burning and winded. But easier to do now. Day 6: motivated my mom to do it with me today. Was easier with someone to work out with. Pretty easy to do now. Ready for the fat burn.

My face when doing this for the first time: 😬 Though it was difficult, I loved it! I can definitely do this and get my belly fat go away! I’ll add this to my workout routine which I started 2 weeks ago. This is week #1, Day #1 of my weight loss journey. So far I've completed 25 minutes of working out for today. I'll edit my comment to share results. Day #1 ✅: Abs and upper thighs are burning and I'm sweating (I cycled and did other workouts before this though). So far I have high hopes for these workouts. I'm satisfied for today. :)

I did this yesterday and today i feel the ab pain all throughout my lower abs and a bit on my obliques! Its been so long since I’ve done a workout where i felt pain the day after which is something i want cause it makes me feel like it works well! So excited to keep doing this!

i just discovered you and this is PERFECT for me and my impatience/short attention span. i just find 3, 5 minute videos and do each of the videos 3 times, boom, 45 min workout + 15 minutes stretching and you can't even tell an hour has gone by though my body can definitely tell

I have decided to do this workout and the other 5 mintue ab one. Waist - 66 cm Hips - 82 cm Left arm - 27 cm Left arm - 27 cm Day 1 - wow, I felt the burn in my lower abs which. It felt good. Day 2 - workout complete ✅ both 5 minute ab workouts done. Man I felt the burn today in my abs and lower abs and my legs Day 3 - workout complete ✅ wow this really makes me feel the burn. Day 4 - workout complete ✅ wow I feel the burn with this and the other 5 minute ab workout Day 5 - workout complete ✅ wow I felt the burn with this workout and the other 5 minute ab workout Day 6 - workout complete ✅ wow this was really causing my abs to be one fire Day 7 - workout complete ✅ wow I for true burn. It’s feels so good. Waist - 67 cm Hips - 84 cm Left arm - 25 cm Right arm - 25 cm I have been doing an arm workout so I think that factors in to the loss of 2 cm off my arms. I am kinda disappointed that I’ve gained on my waist and hips however I am doing a leg and booty workout which could factor in to the results from my hips and possibly my waist. Overall I am going to do this and the other ab workout for another week. Also, my stomach feels slimmer, especially on the lower ab part. Day 8 - Rest Day Day 9 - workout complete ✅. Wow I feel the burn. Day 10 - workout complete ✅ wow I feel the burn. With this and the other 5 minute ab workout Day 11 - workout complete ✅ wow I fee the burn. Day 12 - workout complete ✅ wow this really burns my abs. Day 13 - workout complete ✅ wow my abs were on fire Day 14 - workout complete ✅ wow I feel the burn as well as the other one even though it’s been two weeks. Waist - Hips - Left arm - Right arm -

@@ahana0072 yes i did change my diet - no crap. i cut my carbs and had zero sugar not even fruit. i made sure i only ate when i was hungry and ate till i was satisfied not full. i did this for 2 weeks and saw abs poking through and i also did do leg workouts with this (her leg workouts)

After having lots of babies, lower abs are almost nonexistent for me. I love that this is gentle enough that I dont just balloon my stomach from being too challenging. These are perfect!

I did this workout after eating a HUGE meal and it got rid of my bloat instantly! I already feel better about my appearance! Will definitely be doing this everyday

Guys I am doing this for summer so I might do this for a 1 week or 2 weeks 1 day : ✅ not that bad 😩🙏🏾✨ 2 day: ✅swore from yesterday but we keep going 3 day :✅ getting used to it little swore kinda seeing differences in my lower stomach 4 day:✅ DOSENT hurt anymore I can do this like a champion 😀💅🏾✨ 5 day :✅ I did it ish 🙄🤚🏾✨ 6 day : 7 day :

Hina Izhar I updated my diet and stopped having snacks and just focusing on main meals but I think it was mainly the exercise

Hi! So I have a two year old daughter and during my pregnancy my lower abs separated in the middle. (I forget the medical term) ...My upper abs were looking good but my lower still looked like a small baby bump from that separation! I’m so glad I found this video because I add this to my other ab workouts and my lower abs are coming back together so quickly and my lower stomach looks flatter every day! I also notice so much improvement in the strength of my pelvic floor muscles! I’m so showing this to all of my mom friends. Thank you!!!

I did this workout for the first time today (I’ve been doing one of the five minute butt workouts for about 3 weeks and I’m adding this to my routine!) and while it was AGONY as I was doing it, I exclaimed “WAIT WHAT?!” when it ended, it went so quickly, I’m really excited to do this 2-3 times a week and see if I get amazing results just like with the butt workout! I’m also eating in a calorie deficit, getting 20 minutes of cardio 5 days a week, and trying to drink as close to a gallon as I can a day (I’m happy w 100 oz). I’ve been working to make a change for about two months but have dedicatedly been exercising for about a month and it’s really helping! To anyone reading this it is possible!! I thought about it and thought about it and thought about it for years and now I’m finally DOING it and it’s awesome. Love to you all ❤️

@@angelamartinez4091 hi yes it has iv lost 1 inch off my waist and 1 and a half off my hips 🙂 iv combined it with walking every day too, but the toning and lower belly loss iv put down to these exercises. After having a cesarian years ago iv never been able to lose that fat but this has definitely done it! Still a bit to go but I'm going to carry on and hopefully lose some more . Good luck !!

I'm doing two work outs including this one to see more progress day1:it hurt and made my belly sore but feels like it did something day2: it hurt less but I see a difference (I done another work out which is why) day3: day4: day5: day6: day7:

20th july 2020 day one: jesus some of these got me - especially that diamond one. my lower abs feel worked out, for once! day two: i felt this a lot more than yesterday, hurts more but that just means better results :)

Glad I found this video. It’s the easiest lower ab workout for me because I’m basically starting from scratch. Other lower ab workout videos have too many workouts where you have to hold your legs up in the air, which I cannot do at ALL right now lol

Inspired by another comment I saw, I'm going to be doing this for a week, once a day, and I'll track how I feel!! Day 1: feeling a little bit sore after, definitely felt a good burn during Day 2: Almost forgot to edit my comment!! 😬 My abs were definitely sore a bit from yesterday, and it hurt super bad during the first minute of the exercise, but then, I warmed up! My abs still burned while exercising after they warmed up. Day 3: my abs actually weren't really sore today, so during the exercise, it kinda just felt like the first day where there was a definite burn during and a slight soreness after Day 4: I kinda messed up my back a little. Like I pulled a muscle and I don't want to make up excuses but it hurts rlly bad so I think I'm gonna take a little break. ☹️ When I start doing it again, I'm gonna start it over again and do it for a whole week. See you then!! I'm back!!😄 Day 1 (again): while exercising, it burned super bad because I haven't been working out as consistently as before so I'm kinda out of shape 😅 after the workout tho, my abs felt much better and weren't too sore

I normally HATE ab workouts because they hurt so bad to the point I can't even finish a 2 minute workout lol. However, THIS workout I not only enjoyed and finished but will continue doing! I felt the burn during the workout but it wasn't until after I finished my abs really burned! (Did anyone else find that?) I store fat mainly in my lower belly, so an area I really want to work on. I will continue doing this workout in hopes to see results!

Doing this for a month Day 1: I feel good! I’m hopeful that this’ll work Day 2: sore but i did it! went by wayy quicker than yesterday somehow Day 3: skipped, i was sore when i simply laughed, told myself i have to do it tomorrow Day 4: getting used to it! i can do the exercises with more ease, Day 5: done! this is actually getting kind of fun! I’m glad I found this Day 6: still loving this workout, im glad I found something that I enjoy and being closer to reaching my goals too, you’re so fun! Day 7: skipped, i simply forgot oof- Day 8: did it! im trying to make it a bit more intense on myself by going a little faster and making my legs straighter, i love this workout Day 9: I’m seeing stretch marks starting to form on my inner thighs and my hips!! I love this because it shows that I’m getting somewhere, I hope the difference will be more noticeable soon!! Day 10: I had the best day ever today, and doing this workout to finish off just made me feel really proud of myself, I love this aaaa

im going to challenge myself to do this workout (among others) for 14 days straight! to hold myself accountable, im going to be posting my thoughts and results day by day until it's done! day 1: first day was not so bad. don't get me wrong, it definitely burned, but it was the good kind! day 2: after yesterday, I wasn't too sore after or when i woke up this morning, but as soon as I started warming up my lower abs, I started to feel the pains of my labor. after the workout, i felt very good. see you tomorrow! day 3: im beginning to think this is a thigh workout as well lol! no doubt about it, i feel the tightness in my lower abs starting to form. not seeing a physical change but im not all worried about that right now. cant wait till tomorrow! day 4: wow wow wow!! i feel so good after doing this workout its incredible. i have so much energy when i am finished and i love it! day 5: im starting to get through these easier and easier each day i do them. day 6: i am away from home, so i had to do this in my cousins living room lol. but i am definitely seeing a difference in my body. my midsection is losing its fatty parts, as well as toning some. day 7: wow, i've been doing this for a week and it feels great! i might start doing this twice through to enhance results! ill let you guys know! day 8: i went for a run today, which made my legs super super sore, so i only did it once. i did feel like i burned more than usual today. day 9: today was harder than usual but i still got it done! day 10: i feel so good today!

I’ve been trying to get into shape for years and I finally got the motivation to try these five minute work outs, I’m in something called Colourguard so engaging the core has always been a big thing for me just did this work out was struggling a bit at the end up I’m going to be attempting this for a couple of weeks along with some of your other workouts 💕

I love these workouts, because a lot of ab floor workouts put pressure on your neck. And I felt it more after one try, than most of the others I have been trying, which haven't had much impact on my abs, despite changing my diet and doing them religiously. Thank you Bailey.

i recently found her videos, and immediately subscribed. for most of my life I have been overweight for my age, and had no confidence whatsoever. since we’re all in quarantine this could be my time to shine. i want to be confident wearing shirts and stuff. and tbh this woman has helped me more than those chloe ting whatever things.
