Madam, I've been looking at more than 100 Chakli recipes on KZbin, trying to guess which which would work out the best. Almost all use 25% urad dal in some form. Did you try that out? Some also use rava & rice flour combo.

What was the other name for mango powder? I have never used or tasted mango powder. What could I use as a substitute or should I just order online. This looks like a great gluten free recipe!

You can use anything sour like lemon juice or lemon pepper to give it a bit of a sour taste
