I tried the Millionaire Spaghetti today. My husband loved it, and so did I! I have to confess that I made a few adjustments, I added onions, carrots and celery and a large bell pepper. I seasoned with some spicy seasonings and lots of garlic. It turned out great. I'll be making it again, I am sure. Thank you for sharing your recipes and your Godly wisdom.

I have been making this for over 20 years and I mix my softened cream cheese, cottage cheese and sour cream together before I add it to the spaghetti. I have never added butter but i am going to try it next time. Everyone loves this casserole.

I love baked spaghetti & make it regularly, BUT mine never firms up like yours. I see now that I should pour the meat sauce over the spaghetti and not mix it in with the spaghetti like I've been doing. LOL! Thanks for getting me all straightened out.

I always love your videos and scripture included but especially this one. We have had quite the last 2 months from loss of a family member to ER visits for another family member and just constant stress …it’s been almost unbearable…I’m grateful I have faith in God and family especially my mommy is the like faith keeper of our family. Love this recipe! Please keep my best friend Melody in your prayers, she went to the hospital 2 weeks ago for what we thought was her gall bladder, it was stage 4 colon cancer with multiple spots on her liver and spots on her abdominal cavity! We live in WNC, and she is going to Winston Salem, NC to Baptist next week to meet with her treatment team. She and her husband Brian are our next door neighbors and our best friends! adding salt to the water for the pasta aids the pasta in absorbing the water faster so it boils the pasta faster. When I cook the ground beef, I add a half cup of water to the beef as it browns so it removes the fat from the meat so it drains with less fat stuck on the meat. So, you don't add garlic, onion, and italian seasonings to the cream cheese and sour cream mix? I always thank God for the food we have to eat, and the sellers that sold it to us and the farmers that grew it for us and the truckers that shipped it to our grocery store and all of their families. Thsnk you Becky and something I’ve found that adds a lot of flavor in this casserole is to sprinkle a layer of the dry Parmesan cheese out of the container over the spaghetti before you add the Mozzerella. Cheese on then bake it , it’s really a delicious taste as many people use the dried parm on their spaghetti and chili and enjoy the parm flavor !! I hope Alex snd Bsby are doing well !! Well! I just learned something new that is terrific. Break your pasta while it is in the box. Never thought of that. Thank you. I would love to make this casserole but with no gall bladder and all that cheese it would run through my system lickety split. But it sure looks good.

Really? I had my gall bladder out and I don't have any problems and no food restrictions. You may want to check with your doctor, as it may be a different type of medical issue that needs addressed.

@@kayvillarosa7683 Yeah, I've checked with my doctor. There are just certain things that my body can't handle with no gall bladder. Cheese is one. In moderation I'm ok. Depends on fat content. Thank you for your concern. It's just something I have to watch.
