Ingredients:
warm milk 1 cup (250ml)
sugar 1 tsp
Instant yeast 1 tbsp (10 grams)
bread flour 4 cups ( 500 grams)
salt 1 tsp ( 5 grams)
sugar 1/2 cup ( 100 grams) minus 1 tsp for the yeast mixture.
butter 2 1/2 tbsp (40 grams)
egg 2 large ( 110 grams)
Cinnamon filling:
Dark brown sugar 3/4 cup (packed)
cinnamon powder 1 tbsp
cornstarch 1/2 tbsp
butter 4 tbsp (55 grams) for the dough
Chopped walnuts 1/2 cup for the filling and Toppings l.
Cream cheese icing:
cream cheese 150 grams ( 2/3 cup)
butter 30 grams ( 2 tbsp)
powder sugar 75 grams ( 3/4 cup)
vanilla 1/2 tsp
milk 3 tbsp
If you like thin consistency add milk little bit at a time.
Add powder sugar for thick consistency.
Oreo cinnamon filling:
brown sugar 1/2 cup
cocoa powder 1 1/2 tbsp
cinnamon powder 1 tsp
crushed oreo 1/2 cup + 2 1/2 tbsp for the dough ( extra for Toppings)
Caramel Toppings:
1 to 2 tbsp ( melt in the microwave for 30 seconds)
I bought it in grocery store. You can make it at home
boil can condensed milk for 2 hours.
Melted dark chocolate for Toppings (optional)
Baking time: 20 to 25 minutes until slightly brown.
Oven temperature: 150°c
No Oven:
Preheate the pot for atleast 20 minutes before putting the bread. (low heat only)
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until slightly golden brown.
