CINNAMON ROLLS
12g instant dry yeast
¾ cup white sugar
3 whole eggs
160g salted butter
150g evaporated milk
200g water
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1kg bread flour
Filling:
225g salted butter
225g brown sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon powder
1 cup raisins
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
Topping:
225g cream cheese
60g salted butter
60g powdered sugar

Salamat sa iyo chef, share mo ang pag gawa ng cinamon rolls, 83 yrs old ako, diabetic at high blood din, may CKD S3, matagal ko na inuutos bilhan ako ng anak ko sa starbucks cinamon roll kahit isa lang hindi ako pinag bibigyan bilhan. Ngayon gagawa na lang ako gamit ang step by step video tutorial mo. Makaka kain na din ako sa wakas share ko sa mga kapwa ko senior citizen dito sa amin, Pandacan, Manila. Salamat laking tulong mga binabahagi mo sa amin.

Hindi mahirap gawin ang cinnamon rolls or bread basta i follow lang ang instruction. Ngayong taon ang ginawa ko pinarise ko ang cinnamon rolls or bread ng first rising then i mold it for cinnamon rolls or bread then i cover it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator. The next day i took it out of the fridge and do the second rise then bake it. Mas easier sa akin para hindi all day akong maghintay for the rising ang baking.
