For those wanting the recipe in Grams : Mango sponge - 2 cups (220 g) maida 2 tsp (8 g) baking powder ½ tsp (3 g) baking soda ½ cup (120 ml) vegetable oil 1 cup (225 g) caster sugar 1 cup (265 ml) mango purée 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract ¼ (60 g) cup milk For Frosting- 1 cup (120 g) cream cheese ½ cup (100 g) butter 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract ¼ tsp (1 g) cardamom powder 1+ ½ cup icing sugar Like others I too was looking for the recipe in grams, so googled the values, thought I'll help out others as well😀 Btw! Tried this cake today (single tier) for a special occasion. Came out well. Used readymade mango pulp and halved the sugar quantity. But had to add extra milk to make the batter less dense. And took nearly 45 mins to bake completely. I used vanilla frosting on top. Thank you!

Tried this cake and it turned out to be great. It tastes delicious and is a must try. Just one note, cake and butter cream was little sweet for my taste. I feel for cake it was because of the mango pulp's natural sweetness. So while making cake that can be considered and sugar can be reduced.
