RECIPE:
Chamomile Milk-
1 cup milk
3-4 Chamomile tea bags
Chamomile Sweet Rolls-
DRY INGRIDENTS
1 2/3 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
WET INGRIDENTS
3/4 cup melted butter
3 egg whites (room temperature)
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chamomile milk
Chamomile Icing-
3/4 cup powder sugar
1 Tablespoon chamomile milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. Grease mini bundt pan or cupcake tins with butter for soft rolls.
2. Heat milk in saucepan and bring to a soft boil then add the tea bags. let seep for 15 to 20 minutes.

3. Combine all dry ingredients in a medium bowl, mix then set aside.

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
4. Combine all the wet ingredients in a small bowl, mix well.
3/4 cup melted butter
3 egg whites (room temperature)
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chamomile milk
5. Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir well. Make sure the batter is smooth with no lumps.
6. Pour the batter into tins filling 3/4 full and bake in an oven at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
7. Let cool completely.
8. Make the icing by combining all ingredients. Add either more milk or powder sugar to reach the consistency you desire.

9. When the rolls are cooled, pour the icing in the bundt cavity and drizzle on top of the rolls. Now you can sit and enjoy your Chamomile Sweet Rolls that you baked to perfection.
