Can I take a hot minute to talk about Dad Booth adding currants to his cereal? I used to secretly add extra sultanas to my sultana bran, like it was some cardinal sin. I've chatted to other people who did this as well. For some reason we did it in secret. We had no shame drowning our cornflakes with sugar. But adding a few more sultanas to our bran was like an insane taboo. "No, Mr Kellog mustn't see. He mustn't find out I have questioned the perfect sultana to bran ratio!"

I've been watching a you tuber called Plan D. It is subtitled as she lives in Korea. It's really interesting as it gives you a glimpse into how she lives in Korea, she shows you what food she eats and how she prepares it etc. I love to see how other people live ( I am just a nosey parker). Yay baking! I made muffins the other day that made so many (I live alone) so I put them in the freezer and have been warming up one to have every day :) And speaking of wasps - there was a wasp IN MY APARTMENT yesterday. I had the window open and it somehow got in even with the window screen still down. Luckily it left of its own accord and was only on the window the whole time trying to get out but I was freaking out and today I've been on edge that it will come back.

Grace I highly recommend getting a stand mixer. I know it may be hard as they are prioritising some deliveries over others but I think you should get one. They are quite cheap the one I got was only £70 I think. It works really well. 10/10
