@@diuxteranima4096 Go to options in the ZL or ZR tab, and there you can find Custom Balancing. From there you can nerf or buff the characters to your extent. I know this is really late but hopefully it helped lol

You can pretty easily set up Ganondorf to not flinch, have super armor, and buffed damage so you just charge up smash and the opponent can't do anything about it.

Hopcat is out here secretly developing patches to keep the game alive over the years. Very fun idea that I mess around with at times: Put Pikachu at max buff, turn on spirits, and give him a full grab build (make sure the other player uses a spirit with similar power level but no abilities). Put on the Pikachu Libre skin. Win with *grabs, pummels, and throws only* while the other player is free to use whatever they want.

A. I'm honestly surprised they finally did it. B. I didn't expect Hop to "balance" smash, I half expected him to just crank all values to the max and just watch the chaos. C. This was honestly really good, and I genuinely hope they screw around with custom balance more in the future. D. Do this again, but crank everyone up 30%. Edit: I forgot to mention this. If you have Ganon's CB at +30%, reverse warlock punch does 63% and kills everyone at 0%, and if you do Kirby's warlock punch with +30% it does like 76% and super kills everyone at 0%.

This isn't necessarily relevant to Custom Balance, but I recently replayed Adventure Mode on Hard, but I didn't use any of the skill tree buffs. Also, I tried to either use weak spirits or spirits that had less power than the opponent. It was brutal, but I think it helped me improve. For example I HAD to learn whiff punishing since my attacks did like 5% per hit. I'd recommend playing an "extreme" playthrough of Adventure Mode to anyone. It's super hard, but it'll practically condition you to get better at the game.

I'd agree with that, if up smash wasn't a thing. Min Min keeps you away for half the match, and then your reward for getting in on her is contending with a massive frame 8 anti-airing out-of-shield option, and if you get hit by it, you're back to the keepaway game.

@@chacha4343 something people complain about is the fact that it also reflects but something I thought was worth mentioning is that it’s a very committal reflector. You’d be better off straight up avoiding projectiles than trying to reflect them with up smash. Plus the fact that she can’t use it in the air means she’s pretty vulnerable to projectiles all together. Unimportant but just something I thought was worth mentioning.
