The energy thing is real. I never believed it. But now I do. Once you no longer give your energy to things that no longer matter to you, It no longer has any power over you. In the case of narcissists, they cant handle not having power over you. So they will come back. Once you learn and understand energy you can then control what does and doesn't effect you. It will give you new found confidence and you will give off a new energy yourself. Others will feel this new energy.

This just happened to me. For the first time in 6 months, I was feeling whole again and like my old self after a horrendous break-up last August. I wasn't thinking about my ex at all for a couple of days - but then all of a sudden, he texted me and said "I need your help with something." He was a cheater and I caught him on Bumble multiple times when we were together. I don't think he needs help at all...I think he is baiting me and wondering what I've been up to, since I've held firm on no contact all this time.

I am dealing with a narcissist at work. I cut them off, and went total social media blackout. They had no way to contact me. While at work. I completely ignore and look through them as they don't even exist. I was out for two months to recover from surgery. The best time ever. Transferred to a new college to finish my I.T. degree. I come back to work. The narcissist saw how everyone was so happy to see me and hugging me. I received so much positive attention from coworkers. You look at them. There is nothing but hate and rage in their face. Now their flying monkeys hoover me all day. The narcissist is playing nice to a coworker that works directly with me. So they can be near me. Still do not acknowledge their existence. Energetically, I feel the anger they have for me. So I found a better job and leaving. Can't wait to see their face. When I walk out and they know I am never coming back.

I really messed up. I moved out, went no contact for 7 weeks. I served her with divorce. Then in November she found me and lured me back in. We had been hooking up since then. We would have our arguments. We discussed getting back together. I knew it was about money. I even helped her out a little. Then we actually stopped the divorce. I even got her back the wedding / engagement ring that she pawned. At one point I took money from my savings to pay some bills and she took it and blew it in her out of work daughter etc… now I am at the house , and I feel that I am back at day one. Anxious, depressed, broke, etc… I wish I never started communicating in November 2020. I should have just left the divorce. The problem is I am addicted to her like Heroine. Every one tells me she is a psychopaths and toxic and that she just wants to destroy me. I am a wreck again. Why do I not listen?!

She always tries to get money and as hard as it is to tell her no I stand my ground. Which is a shock to her. The no contact I think was harder on me than her. I’ve never done that to anyone. At the discard I kinda felt like this was another one of her games. I didn't bite. So some time went by and she hoovered me and triangulated me with the new supply (if he even exists). She twisted the knife further into my back and left me for dead. After 14 years. I've never experienced so much pain. I was in the ER twice and I'm going to go into the reasons why. Stay strong folks; you know in maybe the back of your mind that something isn't right. Don't believe the lies they tell you about you. They are damaged beyond repair. You don't have to take that on anymore.

@@ericjackson-nq4hp my self esteem was very low for numerous reasons but I’ve had RTT therapy which has helped also the love of my lads and being back in the gym has helped me with confidence and self esteem, I have a great career and I am really confident at work , he changed me and I’m getting myself back it’s helps with channels like this knowing you’re not the only one to go through this, time to put ourselves first, to heal and remember it’s not us they are sick and although I live my life spiritually and I feel empathy for the damaged child not for the adult man who knows the difference between right and wrong and is a pathological liar !! 💔Watching my dad get sucked back in by my mom...he just texted me today that they were talking again, was heartbreaking. I've been through it, and I married it because I was unknowingly repeating the cycle from my childhood by marrying a man just like my mom. I know what my dad is going through right now. They're divorced, but he must think there's a chance of them at least being nicer to each other. She, on the other hand, will manipulate him to no end...and I can't stop any of it. I can only hope and pray he sees it before she really digs her claws into him again. And people wonder why I don't speak to my mom...she doesn't even act like I exist, and she's destroyed our family. I was doing good for a year ignoring the hoover attempts until one of my family members kept pressuring me to call her back. What they didn't understand and neither did I at the time was that this attempt was purely narcissistic behavior and part of their playbook. I gave in stupidly, called, and discovered I was actually blocked. That somehow got back to her and I'm sure she's indulging that supply of me finally "giving in" to her. In a sense, it's rather fake supply as I didn't actually miss her but rather just gave in to peer pressure of sorts.

I didn't want to live but you gave me hope. Then I spelled out that I know everything about her, her trauma, why she does what she does. I've already taken her to Jesus Christ and she got saved. I told her to stop. Stop hurting the other men. Stop hurting the two she was already tricking into a relationship with her. Then I told her to follow Jesus Christ and study his words. Starting with the Gospel of John. I told her as a Godly man I will always love her but I enjoyed stomping the evil spirits head on a daily basis because I've been doing it for 40 years. No contact.

I'm going to take this time out to write this for the poor souls crippled with depression, I spent 2 and a half years with a full blown narc she was a liar , a thief, physically and mentally abusive. Lied about her family members dying and she also has had me charged with 2 assaults on separate occasion (charges got dropped) she was a total piece of dirt. I stuck by her whilst everyone was begging that I'd stay clear. But I was deeply and dangerously in love. Thinking about all the sentimental memories , finding her socks or even her eye lashes it was enough to have me fall back on myself and cry my eyes out because "she was suppose to be my soulmate" she threatened me she'd get me done with rape if I never let her leave my house (it was 3am and thundery night) she was vile and don't get it twisted the way I speak about her now , I'd have died for her. But there comes a time folks when it's time to do what's right by you. I took my losses for the last time after she told me her papa died which turned out untrue it was just a wake up call like this girl is a demon that possessed my soul. I should have walked along time ago but love will have you do crazy crazy things. I was a shell of myself in the end. But I'm 1 week on I've been informed she is with someone but this morning she text me saying something that was funny in our prime I just left it on read. It's not me trying to play mind games although it felt good to see her poor attempts of staying relevant in my life but I know if I took absolute pleasure in those texts I'd become invested so DO NOT feed it. I used to watch these videos with my fingers crossed that she will come back. But Jesus you couldn't pay me to go back. She was cringey af , she has no solid friends , The minute we stopped talking she'd be straight on tinder just an awful awful person to commit too. I watched all these types of videos on repeat just trying to find peace but the real peace comes when you can finally say NO. I've started a fitness class and learning to be more patient. Everyone in my circle ie my son has suffered because there were times I just couldn't function without her and I technically abandoned my time with my boy. They take everything from you, If you are convinced you're with an narc then it's inevitable you will be crushed so walk away and save yourself the embarrassment. I had zero pride or dignity left but now I'm on the rise because after all this time I finally started making plans for the future without her in it. Good riddance
