The moment i started working out changed the whole life for me. It gave me confidence and i absolutely despise people who ridicule me for my balding even if they are my own family i will cut off them. Your self worth is destined by how you treat you. I am a 26 year old bald Indian man. I shaved off my hair at 21 and never thought about my hair again. I didn't face any problem in blending with the Indian society except for a few awkward situations in the initial phase. But my dating life did suffer a lot. When I used to have hair I would get a lot of female attention. I'll notice girls checking me out on the streets. But after I embraced being bald nobody checks me out. Girls I come close to usually friendzone me. But somehow I have learnt to accept the reality. Sometimes it's disheartening but I never feel like I wish I could get my hair back. I am quite happy the way I am regardless of girls liking me or not.

In Indian culture, hair is shaved off (in temples)is to get rid of the false ego that makes us think that our self and our external body are one and the same. The idea is that what we perceive as "I" or "ME" is just a result of false ego , ie the physical features (like color of skin, size and shape of the body)and the accumulation of our experiences through life, (which includes the culture we grow up in ). Shaving of hair is thus considered the first step towards self realization and critical thinking .(it is a misconception that hair is shaved as an offering to gods !!!).So to all my fellow bald people , be happy and humble that the universe has initiated our journey to self realization !!! PS: just found the channel .great effort and quality content .

I'm 19 from banglore,india 🇮🇳 from a lower middle class family and I'm almost 70% bald my hairfall started when I was 16 or 17. Initially I started combing sideways and tried various home remedies and shaved my head at times, When I did people obviously ask us which temple did u visist n that's normal. It was all due to severe dandruff but i cared least about it just by trying home remedies and different shampoos . When I showed it to normal doctor he told it vit B12 deficiency gave injections and pills but it didn't work out too! 😭 Instead it caused me kidney stone... We'll now my bald head is visible when I go out in sunlight, now I feel very insecure ,now I feel like crying sometimes i hit myself and regret. Yesterday my uncle passed away I went out literally after 5 months I wore cap and all of them looked at me in a weird way idk it feels so bad. I'm literally helpless neither my parents care about the hairloss they tell this is normal your hair will come back dont worry. Recently I had a fight with my dad too I cried broke a chair but he told he'll show it to a professional dermatologist later as he can't afford now and also due to covid! FML! I recently came across your KZbin channel hope it motivates me and get me out of this trauma! My mental health is worsening day by day I almost think abt my hairs like throughout the day!😭😭💔🙏

I conclude that tabasco sauce contains species and capsaicin which is great to numb and destroy DHT receptor and promote hair growth.

To be honest i am facing similar issue and i am 24 and started losing hair a while ago. I had a situation today morning were i had to speak to my cousin brother and we were on a video call and he started pulling my leg saying you are going bald whats happening to you and asking me to get married fast which all of a sudden was embarrassing for me as he was sitting front of my other family members and making fun and he is way older then me. I just some how handle and calming replied it is what it is. Everyone has their flaws. But after cutting the call for 10 mins my mind was all over the place. Sort of it made me feel horrible. But all of a sudden I remember d your channel and started watching this video were i cld relate my story. It feels great that i am not alone in this thing. Proud of you brother. I had not subscribed your channel for a while thinking i dont want to see this stuff as it could make me feel bad about my situation But today i have subscribed and would like to see more stuff like this which help us mentally to get stronger day by day and face any bad or harsh situation in society. I am Indian man who started balding in my 20s, so did my younger brother. Both of us shaved our heads recently. It is liberating. I am not sure about others, but I am more comfortable with the way I look than I was before. The ideal of masculinity in Bollywood is linked to Hollywood. Indian men, consciously and subconsciously, try to emulate white European stereotypes. Part of the postcolonial hangup. I am sure that if baldness starts to become more accepted in western media, it will have a knock on effect in India. The other thing that will generally help Indian men is to dress better and work out. That takes away a lot of the (negative) attention. I have Indian friends who got hair transplants, but they don’t work out and dress like middle aged men. For what it’s worth, I generally get more positive female attention than them.

Otherwise i could do a shaved look or even a hair system but even for guys who have full heads of hair i think woman still set the expectation bar far too high. 31 and still single parents dont want to find me anyone I kind of quit caring too. Then why the fuck are you always thinking about girls? Don't you have other things to worry about in life.
@anujksharma32552 жыл бұрын
Well man you don't need a girl to live your life you yourself is more than enough .. my dad used to say this alot when I was a teen that you came alone you'll go alone .. instead of crying that no girl is approaching you. You should be thankful that you get to live another day cause some do not ... Baldness is just another phase of your life accept it .. develop "Dont give a fuck " attitude it'll help you alot in long run and about girls see if a girl judge you on the basis of your looks then shes definitely not "The one " .. a true life partner never judge another on the basis of how they look , they get attracted on how you treat her or how you deal with hard situations calmly and i know you'll definitely find that partner you just have to wait ... Enjoy this beautiful life surround yourself with positive people instead of people judging you , i myself is suffering from hair thinning so before nature takes it call i just shaved my hair off .. and the all that amount of stress discomfort it's all gone now i don't care how people see me i am confident on how I speak how I look and how i represent myself .. so I 'll just say that be confident everyone loves a confident and calm guy ..

Balding is definitely manly, only thing with me is I dislike not having the choice of a hairstyle. When I was a teenager I used to buzz my hair off and had no problem with it because it was my choice, I felt it looked cool plus was great during the summer. Then when the thinning kicked in I chose to enjoy my hair while it was decent up until now when it's gotten really thin. Also I definitely do feel like women will like the hair better, but being bald isn't all that bad.

Posted this under a different comment, try going for a buzz cut. If you keep your hair really short the top of the head blends really well with the back and side making the baldness way less apparent. Looks really good on people too. It helped me lots back in the day.

12:33 you should do a podcast with a woman (maybe your wife) that likes bald guys. I was never a particularly good looking guy with hair and clean shaven in my 20s, but being bald and bearded is definitely the best look for me. get more interest from women and respect from men. "mate" and "oi you" became "sir" and "this gentleman"... a lot of women DO LIKE the bald look as a preference.
@Baldcafe4 жыл бұрын
Definitely something to explore in the future but in a constructive way. Maybe with some kind of expert on the topic of attraction or something rather than asking random women which is what most do. I ponder over beards and I honestly think a beard is something else that requires confidence to wear because so many numbnuts will say “ewww shave your gross beard!” 🤦♂️ 😂

Been losing hair since the age of 17. But the first thing is... We still can't say hair thinning at early age normal in India. Balding in 20s is still rare in this part of the world. Bald looks will become normal once it spreads to a great number. The western sense of clothing has become normal now, because, well, it's everywhere. Another thing is that, in the west people don't care about anyone that way, which makes these things simpler. In Indian Culture, you know even the relatives of your neighbour and have close contacts with them. This may seem awkward to us, but they truly think that their suggestions will help us. As I've said, it's still rare. And that's why people don't know the modest way to talk about this. I don't think I can blame them for doing these things. Because when we need them, even remote contacts through these people can be real helpful at many occassions. Indians know that. They just don't want to accept that. People will become humble towards it eventually when young age balding spreads. That's how it works with every society.

Hey Baldcafe! Want to say that I'm from Pakistan and facing this issue of baldness for past 3 years. I've been under confident for most of that time coz of this baldness issue and using caps and covers in my university. As there exists a paranoia in our society specially in Indo-Pak region where people consider bald men as less attractive and less beautiful. They are of the view like no girl will marry you if you get bald, you will look over aged etc U know as this guy explained too and it's really embarrasing for people like me. Recently after coming across your channel and listening to all these happy bald guys, it has boosted my confidence regarding baldness and now I am thinking to shave off my head too without fukin caring of society
