Talking about waking up and this being the first thing on your mind really resonated. Yeah skin problems are dreadful for some people. The ones I envied most weren't those who had perfect skin, but those who seemed unbothered by their acne and made no attempt to hide it. That's what I really wanted: to be confident and not care about what other people might be thinking. On bad days I wouldn't even go to college. My parents insisted I went so I'd stay on the bus, sunk low in the seat, and ride it all day until it was time to go home. My mental state was a mess and I failed college. I've always seen it as a psychological problem rather than a skin problem.

I was almost in a similar situation with my hair. A massive receiding hairline and a bald spot on the back of my head (tonsure). My method of dealing with my baldness was a little different. I did two hair transplants in turkey and I'm super happy with the results. And yes, I know. My comment is a little strange because this channel is meant for balding men who shave their head. What I want to say is that there are different ways to deal with baldness. Either shave it off or do something about it like I did with my transplant. But doing absolutely nothing is the worst thing you can do.

I'm slowly balding (i still have enough hair at the moment) but that's pretty much my plan too if i have enough money. If i don't, i'll just go shave, i looked ok with a buzzcut before even if i have a 5head and no beard.

I feel like it's important for people to realize that you can make choices. Finasteride works for almost all men, hair transplants work too. It's not for everyone, but it does work. @neoblackcyptron4 жыл бұрын
I still believe spending 40 dollars on Caboki powder would be a quick easy fix for this guy. He can still rock the long hair. This full shaving measure is only for the ones losing hair from the front all the way to the back. Or that horse show shaped baldness. Any person like this guy with a small opening on top can cover it up. With some of that Topik hair stuff. Either he is too poor, or has listened to advice from people who are totally bald to make this extreme decision. Not necessary in his case at all. Everyone uses that powder, including President Trump.
@neoblackcyptron4 жыл бұрын
@@anunusualironiccircumstanc2246 There is a thing about baldness. For all we know, in your case. The baldness might have already stopped. It seems too fatalistic to claim you have 2-3 years left. I would say if you have minor spots, cover them up, grow your hair long and enjoy. If not if everything is really gone, receding hairline from the front. Then and only then you shave. That is why the guy in the video is prematurely joining the bald cult too soon. kzbin.info/www/bejne/aZTNYmx3d9l6Y7c That is me, using Caboki, this was in 2018 at the gym. Never comb over that makes the spots bigger, cover it up. That is the way to go. Baldness usually hits, does it's damage and stops. Whatever you have left after the damage will usually last into your 60s. If you workout and have an active lifestyle, it does not progress beyond the damage that happens around late 20s to mid 30s. Atleast in my case it stopped with the patch at the back and that was it. I do use coconut oil everyday, so it makes the hair stick and have less volume.

I’m so FRIKKIN proud of you. My husband went thru the same thing. He, like you had BEAUTIFUL HAIR. We were watching a movie or something and he commented, saying “see, that’s what I Don’t want!” The character had a high forehead hair line and a bald spot in the back. I couldn’t even respond. I was experiencing he fight or flight response. Because he did, in fact have what he called, ‘The bridge’. I remember feeling myself blink and swallow hard. He said “WHAT?!?”. All I could squeak out was, “it’s ok babe”. He lost a bit of himself in that moment. To explain things a little better, my husband requires forearm crutches, and has limited mobility. So he had never been able to hold a hand held mirror and face another mirror to even know he had a small/medium bald spot in the back. He kept his hair in a typical men’s hair cut length, and for whatever reason, if he ran his hand across the top of his head there was enough longer hair, and fuzz to not alert him. But in that moment, I convinced him to shave like you just did. He was so nervous, but it was right before Christmas and he had stacked his vacation time so that he wouldn’t return to work before Jan. 7th. We figured it would grow back enough that he would just blame it on a bad hair cut. Let. Me. Tell. You. My husbands inner sexy was revealed when that hair started hitting the floor. He, like you has a gorgeous face, perfect head and piercing eyes. When he went back to work he had the best time texting me every few minutes telling me how his FEMALE co-workers were reacting! One in particular was hitting on him. Now we were in our early 40’s and don’t get victimized if someone says something a little racy, but I did feel my witch switch getting triggered! 😂😂😂 Hands down it was the best thing he had done for his self esteem since graduating college. I hope you listened to your baby when you got complimented, cuz kids tell the truth! I hope you love the freedom from self consciousness as much as how nice you look!

Thank you for making this video, and to all the guys on Baldcafe! I have a similar face shape to you and I am now one step closer to going for it! I think balding men need this for their mental health. You look much better bald!

Started losing it at 23 and it took me 10 years to accept it. The second i'd accepted it changed everything. Some of us are just not meant to have it.

23 seems to be a reoccurring age 🤔

It doesn't matter what age mate it still hurts you,
@stewartpaton63994 жыл бұрын
@@richardevans7035 it certainly does but shave it gradually and you get used to it. Can't change what's meant for us.

@@stewartpaton6399 I shaved at 22 even tho my hair loss wasn't too severe. Never going back, it's 1000% better and it FEELS better. It's just hair... we were born without it, no big deal.

Hell yeah man. You do you 😎 I'd go in with some dye on eyebrows to darken them just a bit (would give that dimention and definition to the face) and you'd be the ready to take on the world worry-free.

Im glad you posted this...i too am going through the same thing. My hair is thinning out on top..in 10 years ill probably have a full fledge Doctor Phil look going on. I shaved my head 3 weeks back and what ive come to realize is that when we try to hide our baldness, its not others we are fooling, its ourselves. After i shaved my head i was told i looked great and others prefered my bald look. That really is a great feeling to have. Additionally you could see the joy in your eyes after your boy told you, "you look awesome".

Ah I remember doing this 7 years ago, I went from having hair past my shoulders, not balding as bad as this dude, but I knew It had to go eventually, so I shaved it off for charity. I miss my long hair like crazy, but it does feel good when you freshly shave your head!
@thestrawmen59533 жыл бұрын
You look great pal. I'm 49 but started losing my hair in my early 20's when I was at university. I walked past a barbers on day and just went in and got the lot shaved off, it was shoulder length at the time. I was 23 and I've never looked back. Fair play to you for ditching the burden of worry over your hair.

I'm 40 and have been waiting for a cure to baldness since my early teens. Hopefully I'll see it before it's my time to leave this Earth. A bald head looks cool but a full head of hair is also cool if you have it.
