Trevor, you should never attach a piece of equipment like you have there. If the equipent hitch is of the clevis type (as shown here) you need to remove the tractor hitch hammerstrap. You should only have 2-piece attach to a 1-piece, never a 2-piece to a 2-piece. This is most likely what caused you rake drawbar to crack.
