It was definitely a hot weekend in Texas You’re tough to stay in that tractor. I made a video about using a dewalt cordless fan in my New Holland , my AC is average at best.

The joys of summer in Texas! Even with the windows open, you get all the dust but only part of the breeze. 😊 Your little boy looks like he’s ready to get in that seat. He figured there was daylight, still time to be in the cab. Won’t be long and you’ll have more hay moving help.

I feel your pain...I made hay in a cab earlier this year without AC--brutal! Drank 2g of water and still felt dehydrated. If the compressor is turning and the low side has high pressure or similar to the high side then the compressor and/or expansion value are not doing their job. Mine was the compressor. It was a big bill! I run the TM1200, and I also picked up the 604R this year. That thing has had a few breakin issues, but I think we are close to working those out. Things change as the paint wears off. Makes good bales.

I just traded my high deck trailer for a low deck trailer for the exact same reason. It wears you out climbing up and down those things loading and unloading all day long. I fell ya brother!! Great video and congrats on the new place.

Check temperature switch and expansion valve on the condenser also change out the receiver dryer.

Overpreasure on the low side on your a/c just take you a screwdriver or a bleed valve and let some out until it starts working

Know exactly how you feel without AC in that JD cab it can be a torture chamber. 😓. Ive had to repair my A/Cs on both my JD 4030 and 4040 a good reason i bought a harbor freight AC vacuum and AC manifold gauge set it comes in handy. You mentioned the psi on the low side of the compressor was high. How high? Should be 30-35 psi if compressor clutch is engaged and working while the tractor idles and cab blower is on high speed. The fact you had pressure on low side means you least have refrigerant. If the clutch didnt or cant engage then both sides (Hi and Low) pressure lines will be equal psi. Did you check the compressor’s high side ps By chance to compare?. Seems if it stopped working suddenly after a bump or jolt than that would suggest maybe loose wire or ground somewhere to compressor.
