Hello Fresh is all over KZbin , but to be honest , for people on the go it does seem a good solution for eating healthy! Luxe and Clarins are great!! Try Sportgel on yr ankles , I apply it after tennis and it really helps!! I watched a ballerina on Munchies and she immersed her legs in ice water every night!! Ouch!!

luna you should try this product called deep blue by doterra! i was a competitive cheerleader and all you could smell 24/7 was deep blue. it’s kinda like icy hot but they also have it in an essential oil version! many girls would put it on before and after practice, i think you should try it to help with your ankles and feet 😊.

I used to love this stuff and would put it on my neck when it got really sore. I put some in a little plastic container for a friend to try and it literally DISSOLVED the plastic. If it can do that to plastic I wonder what it does to the skin 😬😳

I like using a gel called 'Pferdebalsam/Horse balsam' on my feet. It comes in either a cooling (great for tired feet) or a warming (great for pulled/tight muscles) version, but it's not an NSAID/Diclofenac like Voltaren (because I like to use drugs only when I have more serious pain, not use it all the time). It's just a mixture of herbal extracts suspended in gel, but I have no idea if it's available in the US. Love your videos, as always! xx

GIRL!!!! Where do you get that ankle cream for your ankles at?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! I broke my ankle and leg really bad almost two years ago, I had to have a metal plate in my leg and and a screw on the inner ankle because I broke off that round part on the inner ankle and I'm still having trouble walking without sharp pains hitting me in the back of my foot/heel and sometimes on the outside of the ankle when I walk, which causes me to almost fall. Ever since I broke that ankle, it pops a lot more these days whenever I rotate my it or when I point my foot down - and I hate how the screw on my inner ankle feels when I move my ankle around. And I may have to try your ice water soak....boy I dread that cold!
