I have done several of the classes. Extremely logic, natural and challenging but also a simplicity concept that goes in harmony with the steps and takes the body through a good process to keep it in shape.

Also I like the class by male teacher. If the teacher was female dancer with extremely long limbs and high arched feet, I feel like “It’s impossible for me” . Male teacher shows more modest but strong specimen.

Love, love, love this!! I used to be a professional dancer (10 years ago) and kind of missed these classes but I was scared to join a professional class since it's such a long time ago. During Corona quarantaine this is a great and fun way to stay in shape and to discover in the privacy of my living room if I can still do it :). And many thanks to the great pianist as well. What a luxury to do this class with this beautiful live music. Please keep streaming these classes! They are a great home workout.

Love these lessons. I have been doing them with my 10 year old who is currently a RAD grade 3 a little difficult for her (also me as I have not done any ballet for 10 years) but she is really enjoying them as I am being asked everyday when we are going to do some ballet with Ernst and Rex. I am doing second class with Ernst Meisner from Dutch National Ballet. This one about 40 min, like it very much: movements are not repetitive, interesting, musics compliments movements, it makes feel gracious. I am attending Barre workouts in Canada, Vancouver, for about a year, and it is different from classical ballet: musics is modern, movements are combined with fitness. I was looking for such as classical workouts for long time and because of Corona- found it. Thank you very much, Ernst Meisner and Rex Lobo. Your kindness is greatly appreciated.
