I love it how you always do the hardest workouts so easily and so delicate, like it's a piece of cake, but when I start doing it, it hurts like hell:), but feels so good:). Thank you so much for another great video! It goes to my favoute list, well like all your videos:)

I also tried with only 0.5 kgs ankle weights but couldn't keep them for the outer thigh exercises. Only for the inner thigh segment. What a burn 😂😜

ouch, yes, with ankle weights you wouldn't be able to lift our leg for long! 😂
