Thank you for the video. I picked a cup of Populus balsamífera buds this am and will use your method to create a salve. Looking forward to trying it. I will also take your advice and look for a Naturopath in my area

Yes! Dried buds work well too. Just be sure they are relatively fresh, preferably within 3 months for best results.
