Agreed. In the series before this, Marcus Smart had a chase down block in a tie game with 1 minute left against Toronto during GAME 7. And there was no crowd for this. Idk who the “home team” even would have been and idc it just deserved a live audience just like a bunch of series in the bubble.

i have been frustrated with his offense, selfishly wanting more out of him(more 3s and more aggressive with his midrange floaters to get up to like 25 ppg) but when you realize just how impactful and versatile he is on defense anything he gives you on offense is a plus, and 20 and 10 is still great with elite defense

Don’t try to gate keep. If you like NBA ball, let folks start when they start. The bubble had some amazing moments and series. Are there better moments or seasons across about 80 years? Almost definitely, but if you don’t like 2020, just keep it moving.
@alfiehaigh8412

Having watched the playoffs every year since then, honestly the bubble had some of the best moments. I’m genuinely not meaning to say this to rile people up or be offensive, but being from Europe, the American fan/crowd atmosphere at sports events (yes even in the playoffs) really isn’t that good, so it didn’t feel too different or like I was ‘missing’ something watching the bubble. Not saying that there isn’t A DIFFERENCE watching the playoffs with and without a crowd, there is. But it’s not significant enough to make the bubble feel like it was like a poor entry into watching playoff basketball
