the difference between red and white meat is that white meat is used for quick and short term movements. like a chicken got white meat in its breast to be able to fly which is fast movements. red meat is used in places of the body where the muscles have to work a lot over a long period of time without having to make quick movements. that's why chickens have red meat in their legs to walk and stand still. red meat also contain mitochondria produces energy for the muscles to work and white meat does not have mitochondria in them. humans have white and red muscles fibers mixed together. try to move your arm quickly up and down until you feel a bit tired. when you feel tired slow down the movement and move your arm slowly up and down, when you do that you won't feel tired moving your arm and that's because two different types of muscle fibres are working in different ways.

Go up to Northern Minnesota, Roseau, and collaborate with Ben Huener. He’s not a KZbinr, but he is a Ranger up there who knows about the wildlife and laws, and the dude is amazing! Every year his church has a walleye fry, and oh my goodness, they fry up that walleye to PERFECTION! Yum! Not a huge fan of the cold there, but the Polaris plant is also in Roseau, MN and those people up there make your Polaris for you, Robert, and they KNOW how to catch, clean, and cook, brother!!! 👍 Catch, clean, and cook is a WAY OF LIFE Up North around Roseau, MN. ❤️
