@@andyglamrock chameleons are hands down one of the most overlooked bands ever. foun their LP in an second-hand vinyl store and bought it out of curiosity. When the song "Second skin" started i knew this album will stay forever!

I got the black and white aesthetic thumbnail from the post-punk hahah, its one of my favorites genre. I recomend you the brasilian post-punk band Jovens Ateus. I liked the song of the video, but I missed more retro elements, reverb on the guitar and chords that create more suspense. I think I would have made it less melodic, it seems like a pop-post-punk with a kinda dreampop or shoegaze vocal to me, which isn't bad, it's a style, you know? Or maybe I just like to much the post-soviet and monotonous style from the russians and belarusian bands hahah the mexican scene its also good in this genre. Anyways, good work, bro!

Thanks for the feedback! I appreciate it. Yeah I totally get you about this one sounding more dream pop/Shoegaze. There’s an older video I had done about writing a Molchat Doma style song. I think that one had turned out ok but I got some shit for saying the wrong place where Molchat Doma were from lol.

@@bananalabs hahahah I loved that video, but I didnt know about this lol, I didn't use to comment or read comments before. I discovered that they are from Belarus only this year too. Nürnberg is also a great band from there.

Postpunk is what the name says, "Music after Punk, inspired by Punk". New Wave and Coldwave were subgenres of that. 😂
@teensupertiger4 ай бұрын
@@SamBrockmann new wave was a main genre. Post Punk a subgenre, it stays in the underground. The first Cure album was post punk, the following albums were cold wave or nes wave

Is there a way to compensate for a really badly damaged left hand other then playing opposite. I can't spread my fingers very far and my pinky is useless. I'm super fit and i already tried the peter steele play bass approach. I've tried the press as light as i can deal but i can't feel my last 3 fingers so i automaticaly overcompensate by pressing hard like i was holding a sword or a wrench. Is there any way to 2 finger this approach? As in only having finger #2 and #4 plus a really overstrong thumb......i can't feel the tips of number 3 and 5 they are fucking useless. And any attempt to involve number 3 and 5 very quickly feels like i'm ripping the tendons out. I have such potential with my spirit and mind concerning goth music i was born with it in the 80s.

Maybe take the Toni Iommi approach? Ultra light strings and odd tunings, so it doesn't require a lot of dexterity or strength.
