banded sleeping seems like the only post puberty method that can actually cause significant growth , since its effectively a less potent form of leg lengthening, might try it (to get primary data unbiasedly) and you could probably double the growth rate by using more effective microfracturing methods

The idea that micro-cracking in bones can lead to an increase in height is not supported by medical science. Bones grow in length during childhood and adolescence through the process of endochondral ossification, primarily at the growth plates (epiphyseal plates) near the ends of long bones. Once these growth plates close after puberty, bones no longer increase in length. Micro-cracking refers to tiny fractures in the bone, which typically result from stress or injury. The body's natural response to such damage is to repair the fractures, but this process does not cause bones to lengthen. There are medical procedures, such as limb lengthening surgery, that can increase height by gradually separating the bone and allowing new bone tissue to form in the gap. However, these procedures are complex, carry significant risks, and are usually reserved for specific medical conditions rather than cosmetic purposes.

I think people like you are sheep. You see the world as it is, not for what it could be. That's fundamentally flawed-- think about how electricity was discovered. We didn't have that 1000 years ago, but nowadays we take it for granted. I don't care whether or not you agree with me, I just want you to think for yourself before regurgitating the overused narrative of "nobody can grow taller after puberty." Intramembranous ossification allows for the process I'm describing.
@stevenbrand760
@stevenbrand760 Күн бұрын
@@cyzz_life Bro, You can't compare electricity to the human body. Your methods for growing are very good, but are only helpful for people. Those who are in puberty or whose growth plates are still open. Then your videos are helpful and they can grow. But with people for whom it's all over. How can you be sure that the bones will grow. If they haven't grown for years or puberty has already ended. One whose growth plates are closed. Can't expect it to grow like 10cm or something .The methods you show help to straighten your back and stretch your spine. Of course you're bigger then. But that doesn't mean growing. Grow means the bones grow. that's called growing. But with the methods the spine is stretched and this makes you look bigger, but in reality you haven't grown, i.e. your bones

Hey bro, congratulations on your channel, your doing a really good job and despite being young, you already have a lot of knoledge on this topic. Your channel is the best one that I´ve watched so far about height increase without bs. Please help me with one thing, when I measure my height facing the wall the result is like 1 to 2 cm higher than when I measure it with my back on the wall, I don´t know which result is the correct one. Do you have any idea about what I could be doing wrong when measuring it? What I do is I stand erect and put a ruler or a pencil over my head and hold it straight till it touches the wall and leave a mark there, then I use a metric tape from the ground till the mark.
@cyzz_life
@cyzz_life 6 күн бұрын
Thank you brother! I'm passionate about the subject. Measuring facing the wall vs facing away shouldn't yield different measurements. Make sure you're going off the very top of your head, not the side. Place a flat object 90 dgr on the wall, bring it down to touch the top of your head. Make a mark there. Remember to only measure at night

More on adam rainer… “Gigantism. Several years later, likely as a result of a pituitary tumor that was identified later, Rainer had a dramatic growth spurt. Between his early 20s to early 30s, he gained height at the average rate of 9.14 cm (3.16 in) per year. By 1932 (aged 33), Rainer had reached a height of 218 cm (7 ft 2 in)” This proves if we can get hgh high enough we can grow from it. I think its possible to boost it by 3,500 % from sauna, sprinting, & other methods. Lets get it
@cyzz_life
@cyzz_life 9 күн бұрын
So cool. True dwarf --> giant transformation. The thing I'm a bit skeptical about is: if he had closed growth plates, excess HGH would make him grow taller. But in his 20s, it's highly unlikely for his plates to be open. So either I have my facts mixed up, and HGH can make you grow at any age, or he had a very special genetic condition that kept his plates open.

And another question is there a way to make your wingspan longer too? I do combat sports and it would be a pretty big disadvantage that my height grows but my reach stays the same. And if the ukrainian guy grew so much (23 cm) did his reach grow too because he would then have looked pretty silly if his arms were much shorter than his height.

Hey brother, I would like to know one thing, do you feel a stretch in your lower spine too when you stretch from the ankles? I tried one some time ago where I tied a resistance band in my room's window grill, and I just let my legs hang while I sleep on my bed (the bed was quite far from the window so the resistance was quite strong). It was a weird setup, and I did feel the discs in my lower spine stretch. I didn't really have the balls to keep doing it, thinking thay might cause some nerve to get in between those discs while I sleep (cuz I tend to move a lot during my sleep) so I stopped. I would like to know if you're facing any issues like this with your setup.
@cyzz_life
@cyzz_life 8 күн бұрын
You should feel that stretch in your spine-- it's natural. But if it feels sketchy or if there's pain, find a way to lessen the tension. I don't face issues like this atm.

No, for guys the growth plates usually close around 17, but in some cases it can be from 15 to 25. 21 seems like an arbitrary number. I don't know tbh. I recommend doing some research on that. From my understanding, stretching exercises are more effective than banded sleeping for this stuff. You might be able to keep your condition from worsening with this form of restraint during the night (won't turn over or twist the spine in weird ways). In any case, I'm not a doctor so I wouldn't recommending listening to me for this.

Caffeine is the big one here. It can disrupt sleep and lower bone mineral density. If you're thinking of creating lots of microfractures to be stretched out with banded sleeping, you may actually lose height rather than gain it. The other one is sugar-- you absorb less essential nutrients and gain fat (which is estrogenic). I'd avoid it.

sry for spam. is there a way to make your wingspan longer too? I do combat sports and it would be a pretty big disadvantage that my height grows but my reach stays the same. And if the ukrainian guy grew so much (23 cm) did his reach grow too because he would then have looked pretty silly if his arms were much shorter than his height.

I answered this in your other comment. Short answer is yes-- Devon Larratt did it. I need to look into exactly what Rustam did for his armspan, but it's possible that all the deadhangs he did for spinal decomp were enough to maintain proportionality

@@cyzz_life so here is my current situation. I bought everything in the description you recommended, except for the bed frame. I tried it with my current bed set up, and to be honest it did not work well. My bed frame is a bit too high up & curved. So my other option is to buy the bed frame you recommended (its only like 50 bucks so not alot) and try your set up like that. My other option is to sleep with ankle weights attached to my shins with my feet hanging off my bed. Honestly, the banded sleeping option didnt give me much of a stretching sensation, so im torn on what to do. Is it safe for me to sleep with ankle weights attached to my shins with my feet hanging off my bed without cutting off my circulation?
@cyzz_life
@cyzz_life 5 күн бұрын
I tried the ankle weights. I think the method works, but it's less effective, and will only grow your shins. I don't think it's worth doing (aka why I'm doing banded sleeping), unless it's the only viable method you have of growing at home. If you have a raised lip to keep your feet within the bed frame (that's what I assume high up and curved means), then u can string together yet another set of bands so everything does reach. Then you tie it off at the right interval to achieve a suitable tension force.

@@superverse15 Reducing weight is not the best option because you are not super obese, you should go to the gym while eating the same amount relatively so you can gain muscle, without eating in a surplus its hard to gain muscle. Try to not eat any junk food. You will naturally lose body fat and gain muscle eating good whole foods like meat fruit vegetables and dairy. High protein diets are shown to decrease amount of fat added when compared to a normal diet under the same amount of calories. So I suggest you try to eat just good clean food while going to the gym (if you want to be optimal avoid exercises that decompress the spine) Just stick to it, I bet you your results can be very good.
