Jagadeesh Jay Sir, The food items are expensive. In Chennai and Bangalore, the availability of Veg restaurants is more. For evey 100 yards, you find one or more such restaurants. The prices of food items are also affordable. The food served is comparatively better. Hyd definitely lags behind in this aspect.

I have lived in Mumbai most my life, and have stayed in Bangalore for last few years, and also stayed in Hyderabad for a period, but keep going there for work/friends. There are some fallacies in this video, so let me explain those: 1) Hyderabad is bigger in area compared to Bangalore. It was 5th biggest City in 2001 behind Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata. Bangalore was smaller. Things haven't changed much. If you start considering Hoskote, Jigani and similar satellite towns as Bangalore, then you must also consider Ibrahimpatnam, Moinabad etc as Hyderabad. Also Hyderabad has huge-ass Secunderabad inside it, which is considered its own city. If you see City agglomerations, Hyderabad is way bigger sprawl-wise. In fact, HMDA is the biggest metro development authority in India, even bigger than MMR by 900 sq km. 2) Hyderabad has more jobs than Bangalore. If you only consider IT, Bangalore beats Hyderabad hands down. But Hyderabad has too many sectors. If you consider Pharma, Life sciences, Automobile Manufacturing etc, which are all considered tech jobs btw, then Hyderabad crushes Bangalore. They export medicines vaccines, 30% of world's vaccines are made in Hyderabad. With Pharma City it is only going to go up. Pharma City has already reach it's targets for 2030 investment and job wise in 2022 itseff. It is creating 6 lakh jobs, and will be a game changer for Hyderabad. And e-vehicles manufacturing is growing in Hyderabad, as you know people are moving to evs, this sector is only going to grow. Hyderabd is the leader in Robotics, space, defense etc and you can argue that literally every field in that is just starting to grow. 3) Food wise, for vegetarians, Bangalore is the best. Too many veg options, I agree it is somewhat expensive compared to Hyd, but many North-Indians stay in Bangalore who eat veg only. So this cuisine is easily available. Udupi cuisine is my personal favourite. But for non-veg, boss Hyd is the best in the country. Do I even need to say anything more? You can compare that to may be Istanbul, or Beirut.

No sense of comparison! The food is best in Hyderabad overall in india, plus if u see hyd is worlds best city to live in since 5 years. The infrastructure of hyd is well planned since 1500 years the whole city was build by Qula qutub shah and it has largest Post office to first airport and many things . Hyd is not considered for south food it’s famous for biryani and non veg foods. Again largest film city + tollywood ads more opportunities to hyd. On top of it hyd is more welcoming to all Indians compare to Bangalore. Especially North Indians don’t like to live in Bangalore or Chennai but they are more comfortable in Hyderabad as food and language is major attraction . Honestly, Hyderabad should never become like Bengaluru which has of late earned such a negative image for its ills. B has lost it's identity & character of yester years and has now become almost a non kannadiga State thanks to uncontrolled migration of fellow Indians. Well, that's the flip side of tom toming of a best city! Secondly, Hyderabad has the advantage of having an Old City which retains the culture & ethos of its history and therefore the mix of the old & new is a splendid cocktail and appreciated by most people. To answer the climate description mentioned here, Summer is Summer for just one month, May and well the Mangoes are the sweetest at that time! So, there😊

Definitely Hyderabad . No other city can beat Hyderabad. Bangalore probably will be my last place in India to settle .

It depends on what exactly you are doing. I also like Hyderabad, but due to better opportunity I had to move to Bengaluru. Although I may not spend my entire life there, as life in Hyderabad is far better compared to Bengaluru.

@@theurbanpodcast totally agree with you. Those who stay in Bengaluru stay in a bubble or a universe of their own assuming that they are staying in the best city in India . I know many many kannadigas permanently move to Hyderabad as they see that this city offers better life style over Bengaluru . I am an Indian and all the states and cities are equally mine too , however looking at stats and real time experience, Hyderabad stands out as a better destination. Accept it and move on. If you don't believe Indians , and trust foreigners then you have mercers index which rate quality of living of cities around the world and Hyderabad has been rated above all the cities continuously for the past 5 years .
