Terrible water crisis now in Bangalore. There are multiple fun locations within 70 km from Pune along the Sahyadri hills. The Maximum city Mumbai is just 150 km from Pune for fun and frolic.

You’re just considering IT opportunities which isn’t right comparison. Pune is a major automobile and manufacturing hub & has more opportunities in terms of manufacturing as compared to Bangalore. In terms of IT Bangalore has no comparison at this moment. Food wise, Pune has more variety as compared to Bangalore. Real estate wise Pune is affordable as compared to Bangalore. For north indian crowd Pune is better, for south indian crowd Bangalore is better.

Policies should be to create more centers like Gurgaon, Noida in Northern states so that people don't flock in the southern cities straining the resources. Bangalore and Pune and alike are already saturated in terms of resources (water, land, other amenities).

Yes it's a biased review coz you started off saying for freshers and then the topic goes with investment in property . Things you didn't considered in bangalore -> Pros : 1.It's much more modern than any city in india . 2.The Startup culture is unbeatable . 3.The only city to invest on innovation . 4.Cost of living for freshers as well as experienced is quite high though PGs are available , but still they are costly and lack amenties 5.Now days everyone giving interview online so doesn't matter if your'e coming here to search job or directly landing with job offer Cons: 1.Water Problem is real , i mean it's THE worst in india for a city . 2.Traffic is real issue not only in main roads , sub roads as well .and Metro work is running 3 - 4 years late . 3.Corrupt politicians and police . 4.Property prices are too high (can't compare to Pune , as the per sqft average is 10k that too under development areas.) 5.You will always find yourself in some kind of race , leaving behind the peace . That's how the culture has been .

@@SaddaaINDIA Bro I just not visited Bengaluru. I had lived there for more than 2 years once in 2012 & back in 2017 for 11 months. I have seen how the face of bengaluru has changed from very good to bad in all those years cz of corruption & bureaucracy. And still it is. Undermining the bad VS. looking at the good side (opportunites as u said) isn't gonna work for all. I am not working in a startup & neither have in the past, so I cannot comment about the opportunities side in the startup division. But I am in a good workplace now being in Pune. Yeah my parents have taught me well when comes to choice of words. Its not me but maximum of people in social media troll bengaluru for all the bad reasons. And the choice of words came from those people who trolled. I am not the one who created this anew!!

@@praveenkumar760003 I have been living here for 8 years and my brother-in-law has been in Pune for 10+ years. The video I made is not just my thoughts, I just spoke about what I saw and what I got to know from my brother-in-law. Even he thinks Bengaluru has an edge over Pune, especially in terms of opportunities and infrastructure. Just compare Railway stations, bus stations, airports, metro connectivity, and how many companies have headquarters in Pune vs Bengaluru and you will know Pune is at least 10-15 years behind Bengaluru. I loved the culture, vibe and weather in Pune but trust me regarding infra and opportunities Pune can't compete with Bengaluru. People do shit on social media but it's our moral responsibility and our ethics that we separate ourselves from trolls and bad things sadly you tried to be cool and be one of those people who doesn't criticise or discuss but just rant. So it's not the people who troll it people like you who get influenced and do the same shit. Sorry for being rude, but I would have appreciated it if you shared your thoughts honestly like you did now instead of just bashing. There is nothing personal but it's just sad to see people neither discuss nor criticise but just like bashing right, left and centre.
@praveenkumar7600037 ай бұрын
@@SaddaaINDIA LMAO🤣. I am not bashing man nor I am trying to be cool/wannabe😆. I have not commented following any social media post to undermine bangalore in a different way then what it is. But its the bitter truth man which is going there. If you are so much happy with the all time high traffic congestion, high water scarcity, road rage during night time, locals anger & bureaucracy against outsiders, all time high property & rent appreciation for no apparrent reason (not comparing to Mumbai) then I am not much left to comment with your thoughts. Buddy I wrote what I saw in reality about the city getting transformed from top notch to worst. As I said I was there back in 2012, 2013, 2014 as I used to work there. So it was 11-12 years back. You came 8 years back. So think which time I have been talking about & that time bangalore was beauty in terms of everything. Then I changed places & again when I came to bangalore in 2017 everything was changed in a bad way. If you are boasting about infra, then I would like to tell you, post covid, once there was rain & everything went haywire there because of illegal housing encroachment on the lakes & everything was swimming pool there. Millions of property loses. So an individual is suffering from all these basic things then what you will gain with all this infra?? I am not sure in what sense you are boasting infra. Obviously the opportunities are high there in compare to Pune. I agree with you. But what about the difficulties which bangalorians are facing in general on cost of their livelihoods?? If you will count pros & cons in todays date then cons are much higher then pros!!

@@praveenkumar760003 ROFL. 😂😂😂 You only said you used such a derogatory word because you saw people using it on social media. You have got dual standards I must say but never mind. I did cover most of these points already in the video be it high cost or traffic problems but I am sure you didn't notice those and just bluntly judged my opinion. I do agree every city has its shortcomings just like every 2nd year Mumbai gets flooded during monsoon but does that mean industries will shift from Mumbai I guess not because of the kind of ecosystem Mumbai has, it's hard to beat similarly Bengaluru has an ecosystem that's hard to beat. Every Tier 1 city has similar problems. The other day only I read the news that Pune is just left with 50-60 days of water in some dam and if the rains get delayed Pune will have a similar kind of water problem. Just google it you will find the article. My point here is just wait for 4-5 years and you will see similar or worse problems in Pune like Bengaluru. Just wait and watch, I have seen Pune upfront, the way builders are coming up in every corner you guys will be in deep trouble soon unless the government learn from cities like Bengaluru and takes some steps.
