BANGKOK'S GREEN LUNG - UNSEEN Thailand (a hidden tropical oasis) 🌴

Today we take you on a fun day trip to Bangkok’s hidden jungle oasis - Bang Krachao! This little man made island is a short boat trip over the Chao Phraya River from the city centre.
We took the MRT from Sala Daeng to the Khlong Toei station and a quick taxi ride to the Khlong Toei Pier. We paid 10 baht each for the boat ride and we arrive at Bang Krachao island! On this unique day trip away from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok, we decide to rent out bicycles to explore this beautiful jungle! The bicycles were 60 baht ($2) per hour each and this was the perfect way to get around! We spend a few hours exploring, and if you see Bang Krachao from above, you will soon forget about the tall skyscrapers and be embraced with beautiful nature and serenity! If you love nature and relaxing near a lake, this is the perfect day trip for you!

I like the naturalness of both of you. I watched many of your travel videos. I have a feeling that the two of you are very straight forward and have a positive attitude. These things make you look charming. I watch many youtubers from many countries, including Japan, South Korea, European countries, America, China etc. I think Europeans and Americans have come to look for something different from their homeland. people from Asia Came here for a short vacation, but Japanese people and European people have similarities, which is a bit of a laid-back approach. It s greater BKK located on Samutprakarn province. Greater BKk is 5 provinces counted. Many people who work in central BKK live in Greater BKK. I went to Bang Krachao once by driving, just known from your vlog that taking boat is much more fun. You might be interested in Bangkok Noi canal touring along sub canal of Chao Praya river. It s Thonburi area, old wooden houses along the canal, other side and not far from the grand palace.

You can visit Bang Nam Phueng Floating Market which is only 4 kilometers away from the park. There are many interesting things to eat there. local food Seasonal tropical fruits that are very cheap because they are grown from the local garden and various items for you to enjoy for sure.

If I recommend another island in Bangkok. Is Koh Kret it is in Nonthaburi, next to Bangkok. It's an island in the middle of a river. You have to cross the boat from Wat Sanam Nuea to reach the island. The boat fee is 2 baht per person. It is recommended to go on Saturdays and Sundays. On Koh Kret, especially on Saturdays, Sundays There will be food markets along the way. At the pier, when you get on the boat and walk straight, you'll find street food along the way. especially the fried flower shop And there is a bike rental shop so you can cycle around the island. There are good restaurants or cafes for you to sit and hang your legs on the riverside terrace, sipping iced coffee and looking at the beautiful riverside views. And if you cycle around the island It will be a small cement path around the island. to drive to see a lot of temples on the island pottery making place Because most of the people on this island are Mon people. famous for pottery Or take a walk around the island's floating markets full of delicious food. Traditional Thai food. Along the way, you can do food tour content around the island. and has homestay accommodation next to the river You have to find a chance to go once. It will definitely be a unique experience that you wouldn't expect to find in the city for sure😁😁🙏🙏

Heyy Shev and Dev, i really enjoy ur vids. I’m Thai and i would like to recommend 2 place for u guy. Jodd fair market, a new night market near mrt rama 9 (0 pm to 0 am). This place is actually a new Ratchada train night market. A lot of foooood and lovely shop. I think u gonna enjoy there. Another one is Ong Ang walking street (คลองโองอ่าง) its a small Venice with a lot of food xD. U can go there via MRT (Samyod station , trust me guy Gmap is incorrect) I suggest u go there at night since its quite hot during a day but if u have nothing to do and wanna go early. next to it there is a very cool place and not much foreigners know. It is a mega plaza, Thai akibahara, a place that sell only toy, doll, figure and statue. Very fun place even u r not buying anything. I hope u guy go vlog there since none (foreigner) done it before. I just wanna see ur pov.

Oh no. Why not take BTS to Bangna Station and catch a motorbike or Songtaew to the Bangna Pier? Then take a small ferry to Bang Krachao, which is actually located in another province called Samut Prakarn; this island is the "Lung of Bangkok". It is much easier to travel through Bangna and you do not have to risk your life on a boat crossing the Chao Phraya River.

It's not actually Bangkok as it belong to Samut Prakan province ( this province also own Suvannabhumi airport and Mega Bangna lol). Many Bangkokian complains that Bangkok is borrowing the nose of Samut Prakan to breath so lately Bangkok is expanding their green space by building many big public parks around the city such as extention of Benjakitti Park and transforn old horse racing into the public pafk to add up percetage of green space to the city. For the nice one Lumphinee is meh.... they on renovation not so nice. I would recommend 1 Nongbon lake sport centre ( try to be there at the evening the only park that allow pet to be in so can spot lovely dogs in there) 2 Suan Luang Rama IX ( they normally put new flower during this time of the yrs it nornally got flower festival but this yrs cancel coz of covid but still nice though 3 Rotfai park together with Queen Sirikit botanical garden and Chatujak park they are all located next to each other . The famous green island for Bangkian to enjoy the weekend in the middle of the river near Bangkok is Koh Kred dont miss it if u guys come back to Bangkok again later.

It’s not a jungle this place is broken up into over 20+ different areas. You got robbed because the other pier is 80 baht for the entire day (6 hours) + free water. I’ve been at least 4 times with different people and the price has been the same.
