Idk if the wok is made of bronze, sorry but it looks like a rusty cooking. tho the food looks good but it doesn’t taste delicious just because of the wok. Just an opinion

How do you know it doesn't taste good? What you think is rust, but it's burnt oil stain because of cooking. They don't have do a deep cleaning the wok every dish they make.

Explain why do they always do that. Cook the eggs first then take them out to stand on the side getting cold and covered in flies while they cook the rest of the food. Only to place the egg on top at the end cold and eaten by flies. Seen it a thousand times `around Thailand.
