A man who potrayed the world as it is, the real world, with all its goodness and imperfections. Discussions with and around food which created an easier conversation with those he met .Multitalented but without ego. One of a kind who will be missed .

true, if people would listen more to well travelled people like him instead of political/economical propaganda and some loud idiots on the internet the world would be a better place

Oh I still miss him sooo much!! Growing up in a working kitchen, reading Kitchen Confidential 20 years ago, to joining him on his travels through the screen. Once saw him live at the Edinburgh Literary Festival, and contemplated travelling Iran after that episode aired...I'm kicking myself that I didn't do it back then. Still feeling sorry for Eric to have lost his friend. But I'm thankful for all that he has left us with. You'll ALWAYS be a chef, and cooks forever rule!!!

Anthony for sure made me more compassionate. It is bittersweet to watch these episodes. Cheers!

you know I think that impact alone, can make a life worthwhile, if he managed to make you more compassionate, he probably did it to others, its a thing to celebrate, not to mourn.

Question: Does anybody know who did the photography for Parts Unknown? Brilliant! And who deserves a lot of credit for the show´s success and enduring power. Thanks. I would love to hear from you on this

No there's only one of you and I understand that but you can formula made the penicillin on an airplane or in a helicopter I've already formula made it I am the formula maker it is already been formatted in a tent like every penicillin is supposed to be it is been tested on real life living human beings it is also been tested and it wasn't my intention necessarily by wildlife birds especially eagles they ask me for the penicillin and I formula made them the penicillin the exact same way I formula made it for myself for my sons for my grandsons and when the eagle asked me for the penicillin I gladly made the penicillin for the eagles and for all of the birds and the squirrels and I placed the multivitamin out they ate the multivitamin they took the penicillin and all of my animals before the atomic explosion were alive and my squirrels that live in the roof of the house they were all alive and so were my chameleons and they were alive after the explosion too but how did they get evacuated Anthony my Hawks and my eagles my crows my blue jays my robins my finches my hummingbirds I hope they migrated and they didn't go back in looking for me I told them to fly to the national forest if the National Forest start and Yellowstone Park National Park start seeing birds it's where I told them to go my turtles are still in the back of the woods still my rabbit she's very old a very old hair and she cries if I'm gone for too long how do they get evacuated
