Great vid except I don't really see the hip pop you were referring to. Does it happen before you start coming back with arms and shoulders up/away or after that step?

My problem isn't the first bar muscle up, it's stringing multiple together. Specifically from lockout up top on the muscle up and then coming down.

I expected actual proper form slow moving muscle up, not a slow mo of terrible form kipping muscle up.
