I was a dishwasher too at a university kitchen, and I would see one of the chef drop pizza dough on the floor and placed them back on the trays to cook them. (we had a major rodent issue) she would even eat from the tray with her hands before giving the same food to the students-surprisingly the chef is still there while I got fired about making these type of complaints so I made flyers all over the school telling the students to not eat from the chef ( I even wrote her name,ironically this happened last week) 😂)
