Chuck is always good. No matter how you prepare it. Always a great outcome for beefy flavors. Brisket too.

Thank You! It's just me here and a whole brisket is too much food. Even if I freeze leftovers, my freezer is packed. A 3-4lb chuck is my goto for beef sandwiches.

Hey Chef. You're channel has become my #1 viewing experience! Thanks for all the great content. Myself and many in my family/friends are amateur grillers and smokers. If you are still doing your gas grill series an idea I had would be multi-meat management on a gas and/or charcoal grill. A lot of times I find myself with a grill full of chicken, brats, sausages and burgers. If you have any tips on managing a full grill and getting everything off around the same time, I would love to hear them. And I would also love some help on simple grilled chicken breasts.

Your video brought back memories. My Mom used to make Chuck roast by wrapping it in foil, covering it in tomato sauce and onions, and slow bake it. Always enjoy Chef Tom. Thank you. I’ve been thinking about an Al Capone Roast. Can you smoke one on a pellet grill for us? Thanks!

🙌 Thanks chef Tom. That meat looked amazing. This has been on my list for a while. I agree beef should be savory not sweet.

Your sauce is similar to Arthur Bryant's original. Some people don't care for the heavy vinegar base but I prefer it. A lot of the Kansas City sauces are too sweet for my taste. Great looking flavors Chef Tom.

Yes more recipes about a cheaper cut of meat would be fine. I would like you to show people who have just a gas grill the best way to smoke. I have a pellet burn box and get good smoke but not great smoke but takes a lot more time with watching so that my pellets don’t catch on fire and stop smoking when they are done. This would be a great video for ALOT of people out there I think.

I’m wanting to do this at the same time I smoke some pork ribs. I usually do my ribs at 225F, but this roast is at 300F. Anyone have advice on what to do? Maybe go for 250F and plan on the roast taking an extra hour?
