where can i find a short barbell like yours? The barbells in my gym are the olympic style, with extremely long collars, so it feels like I'm wobbling to either side when trying to rack the bar.

Have u ever done hip trusts,barbell bridges workout.Squatting and deadlifting never seems to be working the glutes enough for us who have lazy glutes.We just grow our quads and the butt stays behind

Barbell bridges yes - try one leg squats as well - they really isolate the glutes when done correctly.
