Love listening to Ben....he is one of the most scientific, intelligent and analytical bodybuilders ever. He really understands what he’s talking about.

I really think Ben has a point with the society aiming at "work harder" while I feel like we should aim at "IMPROVE SOMETHING", if you can get better, doing less, do so.
@demariousmallett42115 жыл бұрын
Jurjen Bavelaar no matter what we do we have to work hard it’s about working hard while being smart about it not working hard and recklessly
@jurjenbavelaar15585 жыл бұрын
@@demariousmallett4211 No, I agree. But let's take a squat; You go from good form and feeling it in your quads to shit form and making it a "squatmorning", rather work hard with what you can than "work hard" by pounding on weight you can't handle, right?

The 2 guys on the right of the screen talk about 15 times louder than Ben does! Every time they speak I have to hurry to the volume to lower it, and then quickly raise it up after for Ben again!!!!

Wow been in the fitness industry for over 20 yr's & Ben is holding down the Fort & putting on serious Bb clinic 101 here!! Impressive, vital important info right here, no doubt !!

Ben's outlook on quality over quantity. Has changed my life. Better workouts with better results

Ben's perspective should be taught to all aspiring fitness enthusiasts. Shame people don't have time to really understand what is said here and probably clicks away or watches something else when they hear Ben speak.

Would like to hear more of the conversation towards the end. What Ben was saying about mobility vs passive stretching What does that look like?
@justinsoward45915 жыл бұрын
It's called the strength curve. Ben has many other videos on this but basically it's the 3 positions a muscle can be in. 1) the stretched position. 2) Mid. and 3) Contracted position. Your muscle is weak at the extreme's and strong at the mid. So you would train the muscle at all 3 positions and not just mid. Just look for other video's on the strength curve and you'll find many exercise examples.

I love it when bodybuilders take steroids and spend years yelling "look at me, look at me" then they tell everyone else not to take steroids. Like they are soooo wise and smart. What a bunch of hypocrites and lying sacks!.

Yeah plenty ifbb pros have attainable natty.bods. What a joke. Makes the actual fit and natty people look bad. I share in the pain listening to liars. I have no issue with roids. All top pros of all sports use but stop claiming the natty tag.

How is Ben the expert on not using juice, when he himself is jacked on juice ...
@TOT4Lpsychose5 жыл бұрын
I think you should be using "was". I might be mistaken, he is not "juicing" anymore. And even if he still is, he's probably more educated than most of us and has some interesting insights.

Why is this steroid guy talking about how to do things naturally ?????
@minotaur553 жыл бұрын
because successful bodybuilders were already great naturally. if you are shit naturally due to your shit genetics or training/diet then you will still be shit on the juice
