Ben, I wish I could afford to hire you for a life coach and trainer! You are witty, intelligence, honest and so motivating. Serious need you to kick my 50 year old ass!

Was a bodybuilding photog for 15 years; if I had a dime for every competitor that blamed their placing on "politics", I would be as rich as Ben! That's a big issue with the "sport" - egos.

Purely hard work - Puleeezzzeee. Talk about the steroids and stop blowing smoke!

Steroids w/o hard work won't take you to the olymia stage buddy
@Rob-lz5iz5 жыл бұрын
@@MeleDrummer Hard work without steroids won't either. My issue is all these guys use steroids but they pretend they don't. They constantly lie about how they get where they are and they are pretending to give every one else advise when they are leaving out the main thing that helped them get there -steroids. It is like someone who cheats on the SAT giving advice on how to get a good score. It is insulting to anyone with any brains and it show them to be nothing but a bunch of money grubbing hypocrites.
@MeleDrummer5 жыл бұрын
@@Rob-lz5iz So you think that if steroids didn't exist you would be as jacked as Mr Olympia competitors?

So he took steroids ("enhanced"). Where's the credibility in what he's saying then?

In a competition were people do literally everything. From how they eat sleep. Fuck and train literally everything. And everybody is on roids. It is absolutely naive to believe they dont have massive knowledge on other subjects. Im not listening to him because he is hugem i listen to him because he's educated on physicique and almost lived in a gym for years.
