Not a body builder but someone who has injuries due to imbalances and weak spots. This is so spot on but challenging to find someone that can do an accurate assessment and then create a plan to address things.

Minute 45 speaks VOLUMES to me. When I first started training when I was 17 I noticed my right pec/shoulder was just not growing. I never realized it was because of weakness and lack of stability in mid to lower trap on that right side. Fun fact, as I was a rower in high school and always rowed into my left side due to the position of the oar (it was always on my right). Thousands of reps of this rowing pattern made my left scapular depressors and retractors much stronger than my right. Fast forward into weight training, and this asymmetry grew and led to a labrum tear on my right shoulder. (Happened while playing basketball, but the asymmetry in strength is the real cause) Years later I have prioritized scapular stabilization and strength and paying attention to this as my limiting factor for anterior strength (pecs, delts) and I am growing and FEELING much better :)

The wealth of knowledge on this channel from this amazing group of people working to not only better themselves on the deepest level possible, but are truly wanting help others do the same is commendable. You have given me more hope and inspiration to regain control of my disorder riddled mind and body than any physician I have seen. I now understand how body building was so beneficial for me at a young age. 💪❤❤❤

Guys great show but please please please lower your mic a bit or push it further don’t stick to your mouth 101 It might sound cool and sexy to you hear your self while talking but it causes Too much distortion and it’s annoying especially when you’re listening to it from home set speakers Look at Ben and look how clear he sounds and compare that to the guy to the right oh my god guys
