I was into body mastery and as a dancer and conscious weightlifter, I also turned my journey inward. I ditched the gym became a yogini and began to address the body armor (muscle) i created as a veneer- a protective mechanism. The deconstruction led me to address the emotional qualities of my nature that are the motivators of my actions. Then with some level of emotional intelligence, I was able to address my thought patterns that are the great manifestor of what my life is! I can now choose my thoughts of what I take in to be metabolized into my own body/brain-experience. Spiritual mastery is my current focus...but everything overlaps and requires constant adjustments.

Alisa Battaglia Nice. I’m currently on that journey. Bridging the mind and body through spiritual awareness. My repressed emotions have been a deep pattern of mine for a very long time. For thirty plus years I have used weightlifting as a negative coping mechanism. Wanting to build my body to hold back my insecurities. Now that I’m in my mid forties, I have also ditched the gym and now doing more bodyweight, yoga, and meditation daily. Focusing a bit more on integrating all aspects of self in all my endeavors.

Benjamin freaking Pakulski. First heard his voice was I was 15 years old through a podcast and thought, "this guy is insanely intelligent". And decided to dive into his world to learn from him. Fast forward 8 years and I still do . One year I remember he was coming to my hometown (Ottawa, canada) and I told my mom if I could go to his seminar, she said no, never have I ever cried so hard. I then decided to go myself and lie to her saying I was going to campus to study. Seeing Ben and him signing my journal was one of the coolest experiences in my life I will NEVER forget. I'm not even sure why I shared this story with you all. But anyway, he doesn't even know that he changed my life for the better when I was 17 years old. Love you Ben. And thank you Tom for bringing this legend on the show. Love ya❤.

Thank you Tom Bilyeu and Ben Pakulski for enabling platforms like this so that you can be part of my circle of influence. You guys are amazing. I absolutely love this. Nothing is "hard" I just lack the skills to do it right now. I can't do it YET. And for me looking at "if you died tomorrow" doesn't seem to work for me because I feel that if I were to die tomorrow I don't know what I will be or how things are for "me" after I die. But I realized when I reversed it to "if someone I loved died tomorrow" I can use this concept more. Thank you so much

Thank you. Ben reads to me as a gentle giant, and the physical expression conveys the greatness and expansiveness of his mental/emotional/Soul bigness. Regardless of the 3D vessel we move around in, our genuine being/experiential reality is so much more than that. Ben embodies total focus on releasing the urge to identify with mere body and learned restrictions, going face-to-face with pain/challenges/fear, and realizing the fullness of Self. He’s got a mature form of what starts as childlike curiosity and playfulness, tempered by powerful passages. Through cultivation of inner empowerment, personal integrity, he’s liberated himself from dependence on tailoring thought/emotion/choices to outside influences. I just smile at the thought that we can explore so many areas and teach our young ones that they can be gentle giants in each day. It’s beautiful. 🙏✨💕🌎

I am so great full since by by nature I am what he is talking about... Most of the time I focus on myself other than focus on others. I always being on present and enjoy the moments. Always focus on good in others, for that reason I never have any complaints about others. Love all! Serve all! Doing meditation and yoga will always help us to be very healthy person.

Loved this interview and the approach to fitness of B. P. As a former Fitness trainer, I absolutely understand how getting in the best shape goes far beyond training. It all begins and ends with mindset!. There must be a sense of being present, one must deal with all the internal demons, and then it becomes obvious what one must do in regards to training and nutrition.
