BPAK on the stabilization attack! Set up, stabilize, initiate, manipulate = unconscious muscle activation. It's like a puzzle, you first have to figure out where and how to start, to get the final master piece. Thanks Ben!

Sir, please teach us how to stabilize the scapula. It will be really helpful. I have weak arms, and because of my left shoulder/scapula instability, I'm not able to execute properly any movements especially overhead movements. Please help, sir!!

Hi guys I watched the video on the chest setup , but I've never benched with my elbows so far out , I thought that would cause shoulder injury , I'm going to give it a go tho , I always tuck my elbows around 45'

ISOLATION WILL BE THE TERM FOR THE BIG DIFFERENCE TO HAVE THE MUSCLE GROUP TO STAND UP IN EXCELLENT STRIATION. TODAY I WAS 160.4 LBS AT 6 FT ... BUT I TOOK OUT 50 GUYS IN POSING ARMS AND DELTS IN THE ENTIRE GYM...
