Arggg, when I was a kid, back when your parents were kids....lol in the N.E. Colorado Lakes and the South Platte, all there were, was Carp. I remember one time they had to drain the lake for something, and there were pretty much just Carp and a few Cats. The Carp were eating the smaller other species and because carp are invasive, they got rid of them but it was only temporary. When the South Platte was low, you could catch them by hand because there were so many, they were sooo big that they would get stranded. Very similar to your tide pools only it was more permanent. Unfortunately, they tasted disgusting, like pond scum. Even my dog wouldn't eat them. 😂😂😂 Good lick with your Mystery Box!!!! Such a Great Idea 👍
