The fried pasta, Spaghetti al'Assassina looks absolutely fantastic. I Love this type of dish, and have had basically that. Great food. What else in Italy? Geniuses of all food. I am Italian American(Sicilian). The Southern dishes are most special to me. However all over Italy it's Heaven. But living in America, I cannot believe the prices of these great dishes almost anywhere across Italy. How do they do it? It is too good to be true. Although I know of course there are extremely expensive as well, of course. But I mean for the 'normal' places. I enjoyed, nice video. Saluti.

Thank you for the response! Italy is much poorer country that the US, and also relative to western Europe. The south is poorer than the north. That is why the prices are relatively cheap to us.

The way you discarded the chilli was very off putting. It is part of the dish as created by the chef. When are you taste buds going grow up?
