Thanks! i am 8 weeks out and I have lost 36 pounds :) i am getting what looks to be low sugar dizzy spells so ill try some gogurt and apple sauce pouches here and there. I'm starting to work out as i no longer have pain so i am focusing on water intake, I love vitamin water XXX berry acai flavor and Ensure chocolate protein shakes with 100mg caffeine. any other tips? going into week 9?
