One thing very funny in this episode is that you have Charlotte "Big Mom" Linlin (Arale's original voice actor), Monkey D. Luffy (Krilin's) and Dr. Kureha (Son Goku's) in the same episode 40 years before One Piece

This crossover is totally canon and in the manga. That’s why I love Super, OG DB is my favorite series, and Super does a great job having callbacks to it, even more so than DBZ

Arale should have come with her teen form at the Cell Games. She would have cleaned Cell's Clock. Also the highest level of Goku Power Scaling incorporates Arale.

Doctor Slump is also responsible for the dinasaurs you see in Dragonball Earth. Arale liked dinasaurs, so Doctor Slump found a way to bring them back to life (in Jurasic Park style, more or less)
