@@ManofEthic That's what I'm seeing. The boiled water combined with the grain seems too look like it may be a bit of a binding technique that keeps it from crumbling. Pretty cool.

Can we prepare dough and make rotis after 2 hours ? Or immediately within 10 to 15 minutes ? Can we mix little wheat four after closing the lame of hot mixture and then knead ??

Yes dough can be stored in an air tight container after kneading the dough and can be rolled later. As per Ayurveda its better to not to mix grains for easier digestion. So i would stick to just barley flour.

Does this help with weight loss? I have a question about why wheat is recommended as weight loss food in ayurveda. Could it be thag modern wheat is very different from wheat in the old days?

yes barley is excellent for weight loss. i am not sure if wheat is helpful for weight loss. Yes wheat is hybridized and due to huge demand in wheat if the crop is sprayed to get yield faster that might cause allergies and gluten sensitivity. Also Its always better to stick to the grain we ate growing up that way our body can process that easily

hello. Please try dusting/adding more barley flour. If the flour is made from freshly harvested grain it will need less water. Next time when you prepare try by adding less water.

Its is not pure barely floor .you mixed wome wheat floor as well which is not 6:07 mentioned in the vedio. As you cooked very easy but the coulor shows its pure wheat floor and from barley floor no one can make the rotee like you made. Rotee from pure barley floor is getting broked from out side when you starts making round flate with the roller. Whichin your vedio never broked and it was like wheat floor .
