Kris, commanding the Lear 60XR like a BOSS! Now Baron Pilot has a new nickname: "King Lear". You better not bring Kim @FlyingSIC on one of these jaunts, I have a feeling she would really like the view at FL450+ and cruising at 436kts. This video does a fantastic job of showing - despite the beautiful glass cockpit - how demanding the Lear is. Big difference between the Lear and the single pilot Premier One #premieronedriver.

He’s been flying Lears for a long time. He not only knows the checklist by heart but he’s telling the guy the differences between models and versions. The checklists are easy enough, you learn the flows and it becomes natural. The other is just a lot of time. At my job the youngsters ask “How did you know that?” when I have an answer at my fingertips to a problem they’ve never seen. I tell them just do it a thousand times and it will happen to you too.

I thought the same. They kind of "crashed" each other a bit during the first checklist, mainly I think because the RH guy was new to this aircraft and the checklist went a bit slower than they needed, but it got smoother as the flight progressed.
