Barre - Lengthandstrength- Fusion of strength-training, Pilates and barre exercises.
The focus of this workout is your total body
Total body workout - arms, legs, core and of course- booty.

This workout is 60mn., including an all-body stretch routine.

Every workout is for everyone - all ages and all fitness levels. At Lengthandstrength, we want everyone to be able to do it, so we ad modifications and intensifications.

We never repeat every workout is different and motivating. We will coach you to push harder and get results, while still honoring your body when needed for rest and recovery.
Need for this workout: Band, ball and weights
(Be mindful that we suggest getting prior recommendation from one's current healthcare provider before performing such exercise.)
