Wow, I have not done any technique or barre work for many years, that was a good starter! Can’t wait to start doing them more regularly to work on my strength and flexibility again 😍👌🏽

Hi Lise, If you have an injury you may like to have a look at some supportive dance shoes. If this is not injury related, I usually wear pilates socks with the grip dots underneath or bare feet :) Hope that helps! Andrea x

Hi Maccracc, it's hard to say, as everybody burns calories differently, depending on metabolism, and many other factors, but according to Google, dancing for 20 minutes burns about 120 calories, so that's an estimation you can work from, Andrea x
