Welcome to my beginner hoop tutorial!
Coin flips are a great transitional move and important to nail early on. They break up on and off body hoop moves and allow you to change the pace and rhythm while maintaining flow.
It might not seem like much but learning these skills now is so important as it builds confidence and muscle memory - and you'll find it easier to learn more advanced tricks as time goes on.
Always practice both ways and don't be annoyed when the hoop falls.
If you're really struggling, take a 10-20 minute break and then go back and try it again.
It helps your brain process what you've learnt and you'll often find something clicks when you go back to it.
