If I got served a pizza with a big burnt cheese bubble on it, I would be seriously upset. The idea that a cracker with a sprinkle of cheese a sauce on it makes a great pizza is ludicrous. I do agree that for a cheese pizza Dave's preferences are correct but for only a cheese pizza. Please don't avoid those restaurants that don't serve super thin burnt cracker crust cheese pizzas. What Dave is correct on too is the correct cooking on the crust whether it's a thin or thick crust. I don't think anyone wants an under cooked crust, likewise, an overly baked crust on anything other than a cheese pizza is also horrible. As a general rule of thumb, order from restaurants that generally have positive reviews and avoid those with way more negative reviews than positive. Also remember, you can't please everyone all of the time and people who like to post reviews are more haters than people who like to share happiness. 😊
