This video has 3 conditioning drills for the baseball catcher. Tire drill to start off, which is very tough. He is using a three pound medicine ball on one of the drills. These baseball catcher drills are for catcher conditioning, catcher agility, and catcher core strength. There is one catcher drill at the end of the video for a man on third and a throw back to home plate. These baseball catching drills can be done at home as well.
