Baseball Catcher : Conditioning Drills for the Baseball Catcher Part 3

This video Baseball Catcher : Conditioning Drills for the Baseball Catcher Part 3 has four baseball catcher conditioning drills within the video. These baseball catching drills can be done at home as well.
The first catcher drill is a side to side drill over a training box. The catcher drill is hop from one side to the other side and then jump turn-throw to second base.
The second catcher drill is starts in back of the training box. Jump up then down and then jump turn and throw to second base.
The third catcher drill is the tire drill. Start off blocking to the right and then blocking to the left.
The fourth catcher drill is another tire drill that we have filmed before. Up/down and in and out of the tire for a count of six.

These drills may work on conditioning but the technique suffers. Poor technique in any rep is bad for development.
